That is cute! I've never seen that before!
I love the one with the little girl getting yogurt out of the fridge, her dad says what are you doing? She says mom said I could have a midnight snack. The dad says it's not midnight, it's 10:43. She says let's have a 10:43 snack!
The next scene is them sitting together in the pajamas enjoying a yogurt!

The one that cracks me and my husband up everytime is the one where these two (I'm not sure what to call them) guys are in the grocery isle cooking a pot of macaroni and cheese. A lady tries to get a box of Kraft dinner and they yell at her to :" Go on. Get" It's silly but, I laugh just thinking about it.  |

I like the new Geico commercial where the kids are selling lemonade and everybody that goes by the lemonade stand say "ice tea". I admit, it took me a few showings before I made the connection.  Geico Commercial |

The TV Doctors.
I don't like football much but I do like the Peyton Manning ones, especially the one he did for Papa Johns where he made cupcakes. Another player (I'm assuming) goes "ohh, cupcakes!" That just makes me laugh.

Definitely the TV doctors.
But there is a (probably local) insurance commercial with Aaron Rodgers and Clay Matthews from the Green Bay Packers with a "for every one if these moments, there is one of these" theme that I like.
i guess I like kind of irreverent commercials lol.

I was going to say the Ice T/lemonade commercial too. I have probably seen it a hundred times at this point and still crack up every time. DH just rolls his eyes. He thought it was funny the first time, but just thinks I am crazy now.

I generally mute commercials, and I especially can't tolerate Geico commercials. The only one I loved was the hump day camel... funny as hell. Now, the Ice T/lemonade one has given me a chuckle too. What was really funny was the first time I saw it, I did the same thing the people in the commercial do... "is that Ice T?" My son said "watch it, Mom - watch the whole thing." Funny

I didn't know anyone still watched the commercials...except at Superbowl time maybe. I PVR everything and FF past the commercials. The I LIKE YOUR FACE one was sweet though. However, most are just completely annoying so I think I will stick to FF.

I generally skip the commercials. Yaaaay for DVR and fast forward.lol
Anyway the few I like:
~Geico Ice Tea/lemonade
~Yougurt midnight/1043 snack
~Not sure what it's for but a French bulldog (Mr. Bonejangles) gets a stuffed toy that looks just like him
And my favourite:
~USPS commercial. Dad who is a soldier writes letters to his son, sends them to the neighbor who turns them into paper airplanes and throws them over the fence
Guess I watch more commercials than I realized. :-)

And as a former/retired USPS employee, I listened more to story line and loved it before I even "listened" (or paid attention) to what it was advertising. Slow on that part of comprehension. Just dug up this thread when I saw the current VW commercial that features the song "On the Road Again" by Willie Nelson. And Willie Nelson himself shows up in the last seconds in a vintage VW convertible bug. Makes me giggle every time. So much so that DS16 asked me why it was so funny. I obviously raised him wrong as he doesn't recognize vintage, pig-tailed, bandanna wearing, old hippy- Willie Nelson. ...maybe if he was riding in a smokey bus. |
