My sister is in Brisbane right now. I told her to try chicken salt on her hot chips! I will see if she does, she's just arriving today.  |

I'll take either brand - Mitani or Anchor. We've got Anchor at the moment. Contrary to its name, it doesn't contain chicken at all. It does, however, contain rendered beef fat, which makes it unsuitable for vegetarians let alone vegans.

Lots of places use chicken salt as the default salt, and you have to ask for normal salt. Tell her if the chips have a yellow tinge to them they have chicken salt on them. |
