Pretty much all my scrapping now is 8.5x11. I still like to do mini-books occasionally for gifts.

I have always used 8.5 x 11 until I did a special Christmas through the Decades album for my Mom which was 12 x 12. i plan to continue with the smaller for everyday photos and start using 12 x 12 for my travel albums.

I began w/8.5x11 (that was all they had in stores when I started) and after years of 'pressure' from my friends, I came over to the dark side of 12x12 in 2004.
I'm planning to stay there, unless the online sites go the way of the big box stores and stop carrying 12x12 cardstock. Has anyone else noticed this? Annoying!

I put 12x12, which I include my PL in since it's 12x12 (unless I have an insert).

Generally 12 x 12 but I have also done a little 8 x 8 and 6 x 6. Anything square seems to work for me. I have a really difficult time designing on a rectangle.

I changed the way I scrap a few years ago. From 1995- around 2010 or 2011 it was always 8.5x11. The family album is now 12x12 with divided sheet protectors. It's not PL with a photo a day. It's snippets of our life. As kids have got older and life has slowed down when it comes to photos, this works perfect for me. I'm one of those scrappers who does like to be somewhat caught up. I love a finished album. I have 20+ pages planned and I'm waiting on photos to come in the mail. The journaling and minor embellishing should come together quickly. I still love to embellish pages and I love a good themed page. I have separate 8.5x11 albums for holidays and birthdays I put out at the appropriate times of the year.

For those peas who have scrapped 4x4, I'd love to see an example of scrapping that size! I've thought it would be fun to make an ABC type of album for my son in that size or possibly 6x6.
