I am considered old by those younger than myself. I am a mother, I have a husband, I am a retired RNurse. I have in time become a Jack of all trades and that has served me well. I am saddened by what I see in our youth and the destruction they are doing to themselves. My son got a formal education as we could afford it because, we, the parents were both working. As an only child he had an opportunity to have a lot of wonderful people experiences who could teach him helpful life skills. A University degree may be classified as the pinnacle, but they only got there by others doing their jobs. As I always say, even a brain surgeon, a mathematician etc at some time will need a builder, plumber, etc to keep the houses, flats etc working. All people should have respect, kindness and courtesy.  My Mother was a woman of much courage and love. I hope I can have a little of that.

I am a person who is prepared to discussed every and anything. I will not tolerate shouting, abuse or people who cannot logically argue without resorting to any of the latter or try to bully.

I hope I have not caused too much concern but that is only some of my parts. Why I chose to join your site is for none of the above .

Your site came up when I was looking at Cosmetics. Bobbie Brown brand came up when I was looking for an eyebrow pencil.

Later when I recovered I got quite miffed.

I want to know why that brand is greedily so expensive.  But then I thought, looking at a lot more it seems that most of well known houses charge like wounded bulls. Further to that I have use Rimmel for many years and thought that they were great and did the job well. There are similar priced brands and apparently people think they do the job as well.

*As a cosmetic user I expect that the cosmetic people do the BEST by all their customers. No lead, caustic or any other detrimental ingredient that could hurt humans. 

Why should only the richer than the lowest paid worker be entitled to have safe and good cosmetics and the lower cost cosmetics has a taint against them. When they work 99% as well as the 99.1% of the more expensive?*   That* is my discussion subject. Aren't we all entitled to the best?
