Hello, I am Elena and I cannot believe it took me a year to find you guys! I was on 2peas for SOOOO LONG and was so sad when it closed. I mean, for more than 10 years I could pop on NSBR and ask ANYTHING and go on the scrap boards and photography boards to get inspired and educated. I am so very happy to have found you all again!
You may not know, but my daughter was extremely sick with mono on 2005 and I went on NSBR and because 2peas advice, took her to the hospital....where she then spent 4 months. She is now 21 and doing great but let me tell you, 2peas forum was a life saver to me in many ways. I have missed you guys!
A little about me: I am a single (well, separated for 2+ yrs) mom of 4 kids, but 2 are adults (21 and 24) and 2 are younger (12 and almost 6). I live in Orlando, FL and I teach online and work as a server at Disney. I am training for a half marathon but still don't consider myself a runner- more a walker, lol. I have been dealing with some personal issues and just need to connect with good people and get creative again, it was always so good for my soul.
Thanks for creating this place for us. I am so thankful and I look forward to connecting with you.

Hey there! I'm Beth - used to be Divinemsq over on 2 peas. I found this board after the debacle at Studio Calico & am glad to have a new scrappy home. I live in Montana with my hubby of 25 years and two grown children who have "kind of" left home. LOL. When I'm not in my "scrap cave," I work as a substitute teacher (looking for one of those permanent job-thingies) and as a Zumba instructor.

Hi there, I'm Megan. I was on 2peas but hadn't been on it in quite a long time. I also spent a bit of time on SC (same username). I have taken a big break from scrapbooking and am trying to get back into it, so are looking for a community for some inspiration and ideas and also to find out about the latest trends etc to get back my creativity and confidence. I haven't scrapped anything yet but hoping to take the plunge again soon.

Hello- I am Diane ( I was digirlwiz2-- somehow I could not access my digirlwiz account years ago so made a new one with digirlwiz2!)
and I recently found this site- it was great to see some familiar faces! I did not post a lot but I was a big scrapper and cardmaker back in the day! I loved to see what StephDRebel was up to and loved seeing Annabella's posts about fashion! I learned a lot from the peas... I have been making those oreo and cream cheese balls for years-my family gets upset if I do not bring them to family events! Good to see everyone!!!

Lurker here. I was on the 2peas board as shutterbug.sue but this site won't allow the same name so I went with a variation. I have been scrapbooking since 2000 and also enjoy quilting and collecting fabric or scrapbook paper. I have two kids who allow me lots of photo opportunities but not so much crafting time at this point in life - although I can't seem to stop the desire to scrapbook. Hopefully this membership will spark something!

Hi!
I'm Phyllis and I live in Maryland. I was never a member of The Peas, but often lurked on the site to get ideas. I have been scrapping for about awhile, then stopped because life got busy. I still took a ton of photos, and have them mostly all printed and ready for scrapping! Everything is organized-- yay!! Now that hubby and I are empty nesters, I hope to get completed albums done in the next few years, thanks to Project Life! I'm new at it, but it seems so easy, fun and productive!! I can finally get my photos safely in albums relatively quickly-- I'm thrilled!!
I help care for my mom, who is 86, and lives in a retirement community about 15 miles away from me. She requires me to drive her to her appointments, errands, grocery shopping, etc.. She is starting to get more forgetful and has some mobility issues, which is very sad.
I look forward to making some scrappy friends here!

Hi Everyone,
Just a quick note to introduce myself, I am Lysa and I live in New Jersey. I love all things crafty but my favorite things include paper. I love to make favors for friends and family. My idea of a party is to get together with my computer, my KnK Zing, paper and glue and sit down to craft some goodness. I am not much of a card maker but I have set that as a new goal. I belong to a few other message boards and love them all. I always find inspiration from the communities I visit. I stumbled here while looking at reviews for the MISTI stamp tool and thought I would jump in. I have a busy family life and a full time job but I hope to bring some inspiration to the table as well. Thanks to you all and here's to a happy, crafty upcoming holiday season. Today (11-1) while watching the NYC Marathon I was working on Christmas tags. Poor Halloween papers went back up on the paper shelf yesterday!!

Hi. A friend on SCS recommended this forum, so thought I would check out who is here and what kind of cards are over here.
I make cards and play with mixed media. I have a ton of supplies and equipment - so 2016 goal is to not purchase a single thing!
Looking forward to learning new techniques, seeing what others have created, and getting to know some nice people.

I can't believe it took me a year to find you guys! I have been missing the 2peas boards everyday. I was not a huge poster (maybe only 100+ posts in the 4 years I was on there). My forum name was Thumper with a bunch of numbers after it (which I don't remember at this point).
I am so glad to have finally found you guys. Hopefully, I can start posting more then I did back in the day.
