I would have made the yellow box and then stalled (heh...pun). You used such simple shapes to do the bus styling and they all worked perfectly. Really nice job.

Here it is! I ended up using craft foam which was a great Pea suggestion! I used my cricut to cut the letters, wheels and stop sign. And hot glue and foam glue to hold it all together. I bought suspender clips and webbing to make the straps. It was a hit! Dd just loved it and told me it was the best costume ever! It got a lot of comments at school and trick or treating.
