Love my stampaholic which is pretty much the same thing. It's made stamping so much easier. Fo those of you on the fence about buying the HA tool I'd suggest making the jump.

I have enjoyed reading your reviews and am pretty sure I want the Hampton Arts one. I have one question: Would I be able to stamp a sentiment inside an A7 card (which is 7x10 opened up)? It is bigger than the platform, but would it work okay if it hangs out the side? I don't want the WE R Memory Keepers precision press because it doesn't have the magnets to hold it in place if you have to restamp.
Also, has anyone found the Hampton Arts precision press in a Joann's store? It doesn't show on their website. I got a 60% off in store coupon in the mail for Sunday and Monday and I would love to be able to use it.
TIA

I have a Misti that's cracking really badly so I bought this one with a coupon a few weeks ago, but I ended up returning it when I saw the new one from Tim Holtz which I have now pre-ordered.

I bought the Hampton art one with my 60% off coupon from michaels. Just a word of WARNING ,the magnets broke into tiny pieces when I first used it. My raskog cart is right next to my desk, it attracted the magnets and they flew into it and broke apart. Make cure if you have a raskog cart keep it away. Lol. Other then that I kill it. I now use washi tape to hold my paper down.

I was excited to use the Joann's 60% off coupon on it, but I looked online and it was on sale and the coupon excluded sale items. Someone on a stamping FB group said that her Michaels honored the Joann's coupon so I am going to try that tomorrow. I don't hold much hope because the closest Michaels is not particularly customer friendly.

I now use washi tape to hold my paper down. The magnets are called "Super Magnets" by the Magnet Source. You can find them at Home Depot and I've bought some at a True Value Hardware store. They are called NEODYMIUM MAGNETS and the website for the company is here.I like the ones that are ring magnets, I have them in two sizes and both are thin enough to use. I won't be buying any of these because I love the ones I have made for myself and I use the mini WRMK magnetic mat taped on the inside bottom of my stamp hinge. I use the ruler that comes with it and/or the super magnets. I like the rings, you can tie bright color yarn or crochet thread to it to so that you can find it if it gets lost and helps to pry it apart when it attaches to another magnet. You can also tape a tiny piece of colorful duct tape to the magnets also.

I stamped a greeting on the inside of a card last night, and it came out perfect.

I have this tool and find it very "meh". it works fine I guess, but it does take some practice to stamp in the exact same spot each time. Also, be aware that the magnets are very strong. I had two shatter when they pulled together.
