wooohooo, got my Cyber Monday Altenew order today. I have never ordered from them and only have one set of their stamps. I love everything I got!! I got the layered rose stamping kit, 2 different cube inks sets, the dahlia blossoms stamp & die set and to hit $100 I added the winter cottage stamp set. I love everything ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg) I can't wait to make some layered cards for my mom.

Thank you for sharing that. I agree with her, it's not worth $64.00 to me. Just a lot of left over stuff that doesn't go together. A lot of random dies that are odd designs. The two re-inkers remind me of getting the dies w/out the matching stamp sets. And that damaged paperpad ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/mYSUyHtG9Jrcmm_ydVcK.jpg) I can see mystery boxes being good for new crafters, but not good for any of us with a fairly good stash or a consistent style ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg)

I'm glad to hear you love them! I really want/need the greens for the leaves. I like cubes because I don't want so many full size pads, but I think I'll get the full size green and cubes in the different flower colors ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg)

So...I could use some advice and it's kind of related since it was a Cyber Monday purchase. I ordered the Memory Misti on cyber money, waited a week for UPS to jerk my chain on delivering, and finally got it. I opened the box, and there were little chunks of plastic everywhere. When I went to grab a broom, I cut my foot on the plastic, so they're sharp. It was in the bag and all over the black foam. So...all along the edge of the Misti, there are little chunks of that plastic under the tape. As in...all 3 sides have chunks. And I've got a little chip near the 12" mark that doesn't affect clear stamps, but leaves a little gap on cling stamps. I could maybe live with that, but I guess, after getting cut on the stuff that fell out, I'm a little worried the chips under the tape will break through, and either I'll have messed up ripped tape, or end up cutting my hand or wrist on them. So...I mailed the store I bought it, and they are out of stock. They were apologetic and offered to refund or replace (if I'd like to wait until they get more in). I thought about trying to contact the Misti lady to see if they could exchange the Misti directly, since that might be faster. After all the drama here (and everywhere else), though, I'm kind of afraid to! Do you guys have any thoughts? I would definitely go for the refund. And then buy the We R Memory Keepers Precision Press. I bought mine from Paper Issues. Super fast shipping and a 20% discount all the time!

So, I had an issue with my Cutterpillar Crop straight out of the box. The down stroke cut was leaving my paper looking like I cut with a dull blade. I called their CS...but accidentally called their retail line first...hung up and got a call back from the owner who tried to help me out even though it was after hours...and then received a call back first thing 2 days later from the CS line. I guess they didn't talk to each other because I ended up getting two sets of replacement blades in the mail. One arrived Sunday and I just assumed it was the one due to me today and it just got here early, but then another box arrived this morning with more blades. The first one I put in on Sunday is already working great. One thing I have to say, even though they likely didn't mean to send 2 sets is that they are very thorough!! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) Angie, the CS person I talked to, was very friendly...as was Jack, one of the owners of the company. After being talked down to and treated in a very condescending way by a rep from Stampin' Up as if I was looking for free stuff (I called because I had some issues with some inks I bought forever ago...I started my explanation of why it took so long to call saying 'I understand if it's been way too long' but instead of stating as much and apologizing for being unable to help me, she said she could send me free ink pads and then repeatedly asked me if I thought that was 'fair' to do after such a long time) that not even talking to a supervisor made me feel better about, I was extremely grateful for such a pleasant experience with Cutterpillar. ![](http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r481/2peasrefugees/Smilies/2thumbsup.jpg.gif)

I just realized that I had placed an order with Scraptastic Club on Black Friday and my order on their website still says 'unfulfilled'. :\ I sent them an inquiry. That seems a bit ridiculous. They actually just emailed me back and said that their processing time is 1-2 weeks and that it'll ship out this week. And my order still says 'unfulfilled'. Okay...so I understand that they may have had a lot of orders and that they're processed in the order they received them but this was the first time I had ordered from them and unfortunately it will be the last. I find it unacceptable that I have received 5 other orders (4 of them I ordered on BF) LAST WEEK and this has yet to even be packaged. I am a pretty patient person in general and this order is nothing I need right NOW but this is a poor time frame for getting an order out IMO. Well, I finally got my package. Ugh. That took forever. I am happy with what I got though. The stamp/die grab bag was worth $10. ![](http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20161217/6f75e41a748063cf2f84fbf3658dadb8.jpg)

nicolep- I definitely share your frustration with Scraptastic slow packing/shipping but I can't stay away from their good sales! I bought those chipboards at a sale this summer and I love them! That's not bad at all for $10! I will definitely order from them in the future when prices are bargain basement and my expectations for when I will get the items are very low... You just have to factor it in when you order from them ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/mYSUyHtG9Jrcmm_ydVcK.jpg)

I ordered some sequins from Hong Kong with free delivery. It was suppose to be here by now then I got an email it won't be here until January. I'm glad it was for a couple of bucks with free shipping. I don't think I'll get it. I'm not holding my breath.

My Cocoa Daisy order arrived in New Zealand and cleared customs so I hope it gets delivered Monday. It got here in 6 days which is pretty good for this time of year. Tracking for my Hip Kits was also updated to say they arrived in Auckland, so I'm going to get everything just before I go away! Never mind, can have fun looking at the contents and looking forward to creating when I return in Feb.
