Frozen tortellini from Costco with homemade (but frozen) spaghetti sauce. actually might be what's for dinner tonight if I don't get my act together before 4pm!

Go-to on work nights is something my DD calls "Spring Roll Muffins"
It's just wonton wrappers placed in a muffin tin and filled with cooked ground pork/chicken/turkey and shredded coleslaw mix (wthout the dressing of course!). I also put some ginger, garlic, and Asian seasoning in it and then bake until the wontons are crispy. Easy!
Apparently it's too easy since DD recently told me that she like them, but she's getting sick of them.

My favorite isn't quick, but it's easy. Roasted chicken and baked red potatoes. A 5 or 6 pound chicken goes in 375, uncovered, for 45 min. Then, I cover it, reduce to 350, and throw the potatoes on the rack next to it for another hour. My usual seasonings are s/p, thyme, sage, paprika, and brown sugar. But sometimes I do honey and rosemary, and sometimes I slather it with barbeque or teriyaki sauce.
That leaves me a ton of time to either do a nice vegetable dish or play Candy Crush and have frozen green beans.

Dh's go to meal is burgers. We always have hamburger patties in the freezer. Or spaghetti. I don't take meals to other people

Not so much to take to a friend, but we have several meals that we eat routinely: one pot pasta, homemade pizza, grilled chicken & veggies, stuffed peppers (black beans, corn, onions, peppers, and taco seasoning).

I don't really know how long though. 10 minutes I think? Long enough to wash the frying pan and fold a load of laundry!! LOL! Yes, I brown the meat first and put the spices on the meat. Usually I use the ground pork but if ground chicken or turkey is on sale, I'll use that instead. I'll also put the cole slaw mix in the frying pan once the meat is browned for a minute or so. Just long enough for the cabbage to soften a little. I love them with sriracha hot sauce but DH prefers BBQ sauce or plum sauce.

It's just hubby and I. So when I ask what he wants and we are both "I dunno", I make breakfast. Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and biscuits (frozen Grands). He loves this and he has leftover biscuits for breakfast the next day.

Either breakfast for dinner (waffles, pancakes, or french toast with bacon or sausage and fruit) or Fried rice: I always have leftover rice in the house. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, and whatever leftover meat and vegetables are in the fridge.
If I bring someone a meal, it's usually roasted chicken. That's good hot or cold and keeps for a few days.

A quick and healthy meal I use frequently is the basil pesto tilapia from Costco, a packet of brown rice from Trader Joe's (microwave), some steamed green beans and a couple slices of whole grain toast. The whole dinner is ready in about 15-18 minutes.

My go-to easy wknight after work meals are-spaghetti, sloppy joes, hamburgers, take out pizza, stir frys.
Company meals are usually steaks, hamburgers or chix kabobs on the grill, with a salad, and fresh veggie.

Our go to meals are spaghetti, tacos, stir fry (chicken or steak), or pizza.
In our weekly rotation usually is: Steak, baked potatoes and corn, bbq chicken, rice and asparagus, Pork chops or tenderloin with scalloped potoates and zucchini. We have a freezer full of fish and meats that we buy from local farmers by the halves or quarters and I have a pretty hefty pantry. I always have at least 3 lbs of pasta in there at any given time.
I also love to make macaroni salad with salmon (not tuna)with leftover pasta.

I don't really have a go-to meal for guests. But my favorite easy week night meal is chicken caeser salad wraps. We always have boneless skinless chicken breast, lettuce, dressing and tortillas in the house.
