No scrappy stuff I did get a gc from Michaels. I've seen lots of ppl post on FB scrappy gifts they got. I'm sceptic of it personally. I think they gave pretty detailed wish lists because I doubt most SO or kids even know what half the stuff is they bought. Personally I'd rather get money or just buy my own stuff. I didn't post anything on FB, but honestly...Does it matter? My husband's side of the family asks for a wishlist because otherwise they would be terrible gift givers. Also, a lot of people are happy to give gifts but are less willing to give money because of the impersonal nature or wanting to afford a gift that's less expensive that you'll be guaranteed to like. It's just like a wedding registry. Well, of course I gave Santa/DH a pretty detailed list! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg) How else would he know what Gelatos are? (I overheard him tell my Mom that he bought me "crayons" for my stocking... Mom tracked me down later to clarify! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg) In the early years of our marriage I would never tell DH what I wanted because young, naive, romantic me thought "If he truly loves me, he will just KNOW what I want!".... I've since learned that DH is happier if he can shop from a list and I'm happy that he does. Win, win, win! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg)
