Ugh, that pizza paper reminds me of those very bad Hot Off The Press papers from long ago. yuck.

Saving my money on this one, not one piece do I fancy. Agree with the others, looks liked it is marketed to a 7 year old.
^^^ I just got done reading the Donald Trump Twitter-rantings thread on NSBR, and this line would be PERFECT to scrapbook some of his juvenile Tweets!! (sorry about getting political there for a minute, but it really IS perfect for something like that, lol)
That aside, the images-floating-in-space combined with the juvenile look of the icons reminds me of some of the papers from the REALLY EARLY days of my scrapbooking history, back in the early-mid 1990s. All it needs is some photo-realistic or hand-drawn all-over food patterns, like macaroni and cheese, or potato chips, or something like that.. lol.
ETA: I SWEAR I did NOT read the post above mine before I wrote what I did about the retro-icky look to the patterned papers, lol!!

This is not my favourite of the AC lines by any stretch of the imagination, but that said, when I look at the full preview, there are some decent B-sides. I don't think AC did itself any favours by displaying these particular patterns in the preview. When I buy AC papers, I largely use them for their B-sides which is where I think their strength is. Often I want a pattern that is generic, but a particular colour, and AC seems to be able to fill that gap for me.

I am usually a big fan of Amy Tan's stuff, but not this one

I didn't look at all the papers before, so I just went to ACOT and looked at the whole line. Some of the B-sides ARE really nice, and the washi tape pack is really cute! For some reason, either the 'cuteness' of it as a whole, or the way the A-side patterns are designed (the spacing between the images, the thickness of the lines, or something like that) is just turning me off. But there are small parts of the line that I do like.
(I still don't have ANY use for it personally at all; it's just not as 1990s as I thought it was, lol)

I am not a fan of any of it. I don't even like the thickers...there are not too many packs of thickers I have passed up on.

I love the bright colors (except half of it has pink in it). We go somewhere tropical every year, so I could definitely use it. We always find flamingos wherever we go, so they don't bother me either. Not a fan of pizza or emoji paper though. You do you is one of the best insults ever. It has the same connotations as Bless her heart. It can be meant as an insult or as a means of support. Jelly is just a shortened form of jealous and I have seen that for years on inappropriate cartoons. I agree - I love seeing some bright colors, although I could totally do without the pink. Not a fan of the odd icons though, but at least popsicles can be used for summer. How many times can I really use a zebra or giraffe?

"You do you" I've always heard or used as "Just be yourself" as in, don't worry if other people think you're weird or a goofball or if they're doing something else. You do you. (And be proud of it)

I'm not getting the pizza paper. No idea what it has to do in relation to the rest of the collection.
However I do like the overall look. I think it will be perfect for an Hawaiian cruise album I'm doing for a friend.

To me, it has a very SoCal 50s/retro/ mid-mod feel to it---but how many hipster scrappers are there? I like the triangle paper and the pink floral and that's it. I'll be passing on this one until it shows up at Tuesday Morning, and then I'll use the B sides.

I'm another one that doesn't get the pizza paper. Why is there pizza paper in this collection? I usually like the Amy Tangerine collections but this one is nasty looking. Reminds me of patterned papers I would find at Joann's in the 90s. No, thank you.

I have a LOT of tropical photos to scrap, so some of the plainer but bright colored patterns would work. The sayings don't do anything for me at all though. I always thought "jelly" was a shortened version of jealous, am I wrong on that or has it evolved into something else now?

that's what I thought 'jelly' meant, too... at least in the few South Park episodes I've watched where they used it, that's how they meant it. loL!
