I'm still trying to wrap my head around going to McD for coffee. (This girl whose DIL works for Starbucks hangs her head in shame for being a coffee snob) Yes I think the bare belly would be against dress code for corporate. I worked at McD when I was 17, and remember the spiel. Lol, Starbucks is closer to our home but their drive thru line was backed up into the street, McDonald's is closer to work and I just needed a wake up! Lol

I wouldn't like to see it, but I wouldn't say anything. It's McDonalds.

Obviously not up to dress code, but not something I'd worry about any further. The poor girl is pregnant and working at McD's, for God's sakes. Exactly that. I'm not a fan of exposed bellies in general but I'm sure she is doing the best she can and I highly doubt she's in a position to waste her resources buying larger shirts for a temporary reason. My boss, however, the owner of his own Optometry practice... keeps wearing a too small scrub top that his belly hangs out of when he is just standing there. It's gross and there's no reason for it and yet he is the owner so it's not like I can say anything to him!

Lol, franchises are so particular about their uniforms my subconscious would be wondering the reason too. I guess Hooters and such allow exposed midriffs so it not against a health code or anything.

Pregnancy is irrelevant. I don't wish to see anyone's belly exposed near my food ever.
Get thyself an apron!
