Well, we're all going to die at some point, right? We need you to share with us these 7 "unhealthy" foods. Maybe we can come up with a recipe that uses them all. And, obviously, the article is incorrect if you've been eating these foods and no harm has come to you as a result.

As long as they're reheated in an Instant Pot, they'll be fine.

How many years did it take off your life to click through all the pages to find out what foods they were? Since it was probably one of those annoying articles!

Mushrooms- Blech! Eggs- That's a pretty basic ingredient to take out of a menu. Chicken - Another basic food item. beets- Ew! Potatoes- Mmm, yummy! Spinach- Really? That's surprising.

Well I'm screwed. I just reheated some roasted potatoes for lunch today. If rice is on the list, then I'm doubly screwed because I reheated some of that for dinner last night. Now if you'll excuse me, I think I probably should go update my Last Will & Testament.

I just read that you shouldn't re-boil water in a kettle that's been boiled. Something about arsenic forming and causing kidney stones. But if there isn't arsenic in water to begin with how can it form from other elements?

It's been nice knowing you. Another thing you might want to add to your list, according to the post my cousin posted, onions are poisonous if you cut them and leave them overnight. Yep, that's the kicker. Cut it up and save it for tomorrow and it's curtains for you. Just helping you out, in case you'd like to live another day or two.

But people who re-heat eggs, chicken, mushrooms, potatoes etc ARE going to die!!!!!!!!!
Of course, it might take another 70 or 80 years before they do, but they definitely will die.

I thought for sure hotpockets would be on the list. I've definitely been burned on the hand by some hot oil from a hotpocket.
