I have never been to a party for these and can't imagine ever accepting an invitation. I've looked at catalogs/flyers that were circulating for fundraisers but just could not get past the prices (wrote a much smaller check to the organization that gave them more Thant purchase would have).
The designs are usually cute, but WOW those are some expensive bags! I guess I'm just too cheap to be fashionable LOL!

I won a 31 lunch bag in a drawing and sold it on our local classifieds for the retail price. It's something that doesn't interest me. I care about my home functioning more than looks. I know some people use those utility totes for transporting things, but I'd rather get something cheaper that works just as well but might not be cute.

I've been trying to clean, organize, and purge and the 31 storage totes have helped. I like the cubes and the rectangles. I used the 31 ones because I am trying to organize a house after many many moves and rentals. This was my chance to have everything match and look nice, so I was willing to pay a bit more. The storage cubes aren't the ones that are expensive though.
I had an online party and I got a free bag that I use as my work computer bag. No way would I have paid over $100 for it, but it is nice and durable. I don't generally carry purses so those don't interest me.

I have a few of their bags that I've bought over the years. There are only so many tote type bags a person needs though. Sometimes the monthly special is really cute, but the fact that you have to spend like $35 for additional items first always stops me from buying.

I guess it is my age taking but I think the ones I have seen are rather ugly. Make me think of patterns from the 70's so I have been there and done that.

I honestly thought 31 had burned itself out a few years ago. Their stuff is overpriced and the quality isn't there.

I love mine. The medium tote is perfect for going back and forth to school I use the deluxe tote and two different thermal bags for shopping. I rarely need more than those 3 for groceries.

I love all my 31 bags and use them all the time. I'm pretty tough on mine and they hold up so well. I have a friend who just starting selling them and she's doing great! Different strokes for different folks.

I have their lunch bag & the striped straw bag, but other than that I'm good
I also don't understand the appeal of Vera Bradley or lularoe at all either

Lularoe is big in my school right now. I'm waiting for the superintendent to ban them since leggings are a no no in our contract. Stirrup pants are, too. LOLOL
I think very few people can pull them off and look business casual.
I sold 31 about 8 years ago and only for a few years. I don't buy it and don't care for most of the newer styles. I have too much of it to use up!

I own 31 bags that I received as gifts and love them, but I would never buy one myself because they are way overpriced. There are too many places to get the same thing for less money.
I don't like to buy any MLM products. I'd rather buy something in a store so that if I don't like it or it's defective I can easily deal with a return. I don't like dealing with a rep. I don't like ordering out of catalogues. I despise paying for shipping.

They just made their way around here a couple years ago. Wow pricey! I could get baskets at Michaels for 70+% off at the end of the season. There are bags, totes and pouch freebies from all kinds of places. I've turned down and thrown out/donated many bins and bags.

I like the bottle holders. I have a casserole holder and it's nice but overpriced. I do love the wall pockets thing-it's very sturdy. I also have a carrier with a wire frame that was a freebie and it folds up all the time when I don't want it to.

My DIL bought me a 31 tote with outside pockets (it may have been designed for crafters). I use it as a knitting bag. I've owned it for years and it still looks great (I knit everywhere). I really love it.

I like the totes - the deluxe utility tote is a workhorse - I love my market thermal - the regular size totes are nice and very functional. but .. yeah -- I'm a bit burned out because they are so expensive ... and I haven't seen any new types of totes - just different on the outside (and I'm not going to fall for that!!) I have two of their purses -- I got both at decent prices ...

I have a nice one that my friend who sold them gave to me. It's a really nice bag. I like it a lot an it holds a bunch of my scrapping stuff. However, never in a million years would I spend that much on a bag. I have another bag very similar to it that I bought at Joann's for $5. It's lasted me just as long. They are both still in great condition and about 7 years old.

I don't know of many people dislike home sales more than me. I don't even need to hear what it's for and I eyeroll. $25 leggings that feel just like the polyester ones that are $6.99 at our grocery store and also buttery-soft. (I do own a pair from a fundraiser by the way and they are great for sleeping in during winter). A $12 spatula with $8 shipping, books I can buy on Amazon but instead pay full retail plus crazy high shipping ...
That said I do like a few thirty one products a lot and haven't found lower cost but similar quality items.
I love the zipper pouch for craft projects. Especially since we travel a lot. It is peerfect for a pair of socks I'm knitting ect.
The large utility tote also gets tons of use. It's great for going to the cabin for a day, hauling food to a potluck, or even supplies to my child's birthday at an event center.
I also own a few all in organizers which are basically tote bags with two side pockets. It's the snack bag I keep in the car and hotel for road trips. I've taken it to theme parks for dry clothes/water bottles, skating lessons for my small childs skates and helmet, and swim lessons too. It folds flat so is easy to bring when we fly in my luggage.
However all have been bought at craft sales not at a home party nor paid shipping on.

31 is not my thing at all. I've never had a problem with my cheaper totes and organizational cubes falling apart or anything, so I don't get the appeal. The LLR stuff is getting really popular at school, but I prefer my $12 Viv Collection knockoffs from Amazon. My extremely professional male principal will not comment on our clothing out loud, but the female AP says he's turning a blind eye to the technical dress code violation as long as well all keep our butts covered. LOL

I love the big utility type bags. We originally bought them when our kids were doing swim team, but now use them when I go to crops or for road trips...they hold a lot and are pretty strong. I also have a cross body bag that I've taken to Disneyland a bunch of times. I do think they're $$, but I haven't had any experience with quality issues.

31 never really caught on here so I haven't seen much of it. My best friend was given a large tote embroidered with her new last name and wedding date as a bridal shower gift and it was cute. I found out it was 31 and looked them up and could not believe the prices. I've never closed a Firefox tab so quick in my life. LLR is the hot thing here right now. 95% of the legging patterns I see are hideous and don't get me started on the tops. I fell prey to peer pressure and bought a Perfect T a couple weeks ago. Got it home and looked at it again and couldn't believe how ugly and unflattering it was. It went right on ebay. I took a little hit on it but it's on it's way to it's new home and I'll get at least some of my money back. I really like the Viv collection leggings from Amazon that are exactly the same, with prettier patterns and half the cost. I wear them with Larace tunics also from Amazon that are only $15 as opposed to $30+ from LLR.

I love their stuff. I love organizational things. I love personalized things. I love matching things.
But...I don't love their prices. And there's only so much "cute" you can have even if you love something.
So I have some pieces that I've bought out of clearance bins or won in raffles. I don't think I've bought anything from a catalog.
