Today I took a picture of a blue roll of toilet paper. My mom and then my dad must have saved it. I found it in a cabinet full of paper products in my dad's garage. You don't really see blue toilet paper any more and wanted to remember it. So, what odd things have you taken pictures of?

A baby snake caught in a spiderweb or maybe before and after pics of carpet that we cleaned in my BF's office. His ex wife would lock the dogs in there when she was too lazy to take them out. It was BAD!!

I took a cell phone pic in a restroom where they had a regular sized toilet and then right next to it, a mini me toilet. LOL I'd never seen such a thing and wanted to show my dh. Obviously, it was for children but it was surprising to walk in and see it.

I want to see the pic of the blue toilet paper. I've never seen blue TP before.

Lizard porn. Seriously, there were two lizards on my back porch in the midst of coital bliss so I took a picture to send to my friend.

oh... a roll of paper towels at a store one time. The brand name was the same as my dd's (which is pretty uncommon) and door hinges, my steering wheel, dehydrated Japanese soup packet, random autumn weed on the side of the road, electrical substation at night, a series of photos on the development of a rash (to show my doc)

The pieces of wood surgically removed from DD15 foot one week after a freak puncture wound on the top of her foot. She will not be walking in the woods in flip flops anymore.
Possible TMI PHOTO BELOW....
The longest piece is bigger than the diameter of a quarter.

The four permanent teeth my middle daughter had pulled. She wanted to keep them, but they said they would have to be chemically treated before we could take them home. The process apparently takes a few days? I just snapped a photo and left the teeth there.

I routinely take cringe-worthy photos of odd symptoms or manifestations to show my son's doctors. My cell phone camera is seriously the most useful diagnostic tool available to us. Seizure or not? What do you think of this rash? Gastric secretions, pressure points, wound healing or not, wheelchair parts, gtube stoma, incisions. All so easy to document and share as needed. Unfortunately for me, when I first installed some ap or another, I didn't realize that photos were automatically shared with my google plus circles. I caught it in a day or two, but not before sharing some alarming incision photos.

First thing that comes to mind is a huge glob of ice that formed in our dryer vent during a long cold Idaho winter.

I was looking through some photos last night, trying to cull some before backing up to DVD. I came across a photo I took of DD's big toe after she lost her toe nail earlier this year. So gross, all pus and gunk! I have no idea why I even took it in the first place, let alone saved it!
As for the blue toilet paper, I remember when I was a kid my mum used to buy this hideous bright green toilet paper. I have no idea why, it must have been cheap. Unless it was fashionable to have bright green toilet paper in the early 80's.

Ear wax! I watched a how-to youtube video on flushing out an ear. I tried it on my now ex boyfriend. It was huge. He was a nice guy despite his dirty ears Likely to make you hate me but I can't resist...

Does anyone remember making flowers for weddings out of coloured tissues (Kleenex)? Pink, blue, green and yellow pastels. Walmart had coloured toilet paper in the last couple of years but it was really deep shades of purple and blue, I'm thinking maybe even black.

You could get it in blue, green, and a bright pink that I remember.

I definitely have to show my kids the picture so they'll understand why I talk about shoes and safety gear so often.

I definitely have to show my kids the picture so they'll understand why I talk about shoes and safety gear so often. We could hear her crying as she hobbled into the backyard. Took the hose to wash off all the blood. She had tried to go over a log/tree and pushed on it to then put one leg over. It must have been rotten as it snapped and hit the top of her foot. Just a small puncture wound with tons of blood. Asked her if she had pulled anything out of it and she said that it gad bounced right off her foot. That night it started to bruise and swell and she had a lot of pain. We took her into the ER thinking the force of the log landing on her foot had maybe broken something. They did X-rays, swabs, blood work and gave her IV antibiotics but nothing showed up on xray. She had to go back again the next day for another round of IV and then did 3 days of oral antibiotics. She was on crutches all this time. By the 4th day it had not improved at all, very swollen and sore and had started oozing. Took her back in and they hospitalized her for 4 nights with continuous IV antibiotics, the surgery to remove the wood and resulting open wound that needed to heal from the inside out because of the hole created by the wood. All is well now, healing slowly. Saw the surgeon again last week for a look at the wound and go again Sept 2. She will Have a pretty good scar. for sure show your kids what can happen. Serious round of cellulitis!

You place a dropper of hydrogen peroxide into the ear and make the "patient" keep their head tilted. 15 mins later you begin flushing the ear with warm water until it "dislodges". The patient should hold against the ear a "vessel" to catch the water being flushed. If anyone attempts this please post the results photo so I'm not the only weirdo who shared a ball of wax online. hahah

A few years ago, I drove back to the house I grew up in to take a photo of a little white pebble that's embedded in the sidewalk. I always used to play with toys there and for some reason, I've always remembered this little white rock! I felt like a complete idiot going back with my camera, but I got the pic!

Probably this. Taxidermy, hanging over a mural, in a Chinese Buffet in WV. ETA: That's a squirrel mounted over the price sign and an ad for the taxidermist next to the deer hear.
