When we have days off, hubby and I brush our teeth, kiss, take our vitamins, and then go to the gym together. Then we have coffee, tea or diet soda with breakfast. When working, toothbrush, vitamins with water, and coffee(him) or iced tea (me) and oatmeal(me) or cheerios(him).

I usually get up in the night to pee and I take the opportunity to take my thyroid meds with a glass of water so that when I wake up in the morning I don't have to wait to drink my coffee  |

Vitamins followed immediately with a drink of orange juice. Then when I've finished my glass of o.j. I brush my teeth. If you brush your teeth first and then drink o.j.... yuck!
