Here is what I have gotten done this morning, plus uploading 9 completed layouts (had to edit them UGH) to the Paper Issues challenges. Today is what I managed to do last night, Cutie Pie is from my bash kit round two and 5 months is ALL scraps except the base and ALL punches! I loved doing that one! Off to do lunch and maybe a small nap then back to it! Y'all keep scrapping!

I love that you both took a nap on a Saturday afternoon - Perfect! That's what Saturdays are made for! I can't really participate in the online crop yet. Apparently, my headphones are down two flights of stairs and I'm just too lazy busy scrapping to go retrieve them. Lo #4 is coming together, but I need to bust out some paints for some chipboard. |

I've gotten 2 LOs done today! That's actually a lot for me, since I'm a slow scrapper. DH wanted to nap and watch a movie before we got going on chores, so I took the opportunity to scrap. Probably done for the day now, but I managed to pop on and off the GIS online crop a bit and rack up a few points for Calvinball! msliz, two flights of stairs gets you a pass!  I don't have any so I'm just listening. Love your LOs, crystalb! That blue/yellow combo is soooo striking! What a cute baby! Happy napping/scrapping ladies! |

I knocked out a girly layout, will put it up later. The dog is going bonkers so I have to go see what is going on. The family is outside playing so I am sure that is what it is. UGH!

Today I made a poseable paper doll of my DD so we can relive her awesome roller rink wipe-out over and over again. She's going to kill me! Hahahaha!   |

Not scrapping, but I am in the land of much scrappy goodness. Close to Ogden, Utah and on Monday going to the simple stories warehouse. I know there are a few more around.

950nancy I am SO jealous of that! You will have to share what you get!!!! How fun! msliz that is hilarious! Well I think I am done. I lost my mojo after going out and checking on the family, they were doing DDs science project and the whole street was outside so I stayed and talked, we did dinner, watched a show, etc etc. I am tired now but good thing, I get tomorrow too as a super bonus!!! WOOHOOO!

hello everyone.
I got one double-page layout done this morning and then had to go out and run errands - took 5 hours - i'm all tuckered out - but did 3 more layouts since I've been home (1 double, 2 single). Working on photos DS posted from Okinawa so not much journalling to do.
Just finished dinner and hoping to get another layout or two done tonight!
I checked in briefly at GIS's crop but I don't have sound or a microphone on my computer and I can't figure out how to make the chat box bigger so it's easier to follow so...

crystalb I couldn't even look at the layout, I was too busy enjoying those chubby cheeks and infectious smile! I love all three layouts. msliz That paper doll is a riot! It's very creative. I placed a huge order from Shutterfly. Cropping and ordering photos is my least favorite part of scrapbooking. I need to do it monthly, so it's not such a big deal. This order was from Christmas through today.

Looks like a very productive weekend so far, ladies! Love seeing all your creations. Today I drove my dgd to hockey, stopping at michaels on the way (she didn't get to go yesterday). There was a professional photographer selling action photos of the tournament, and had one of the girls hugging right after dgd got her goal yesterday, so of course Gramma sprung for an 8x10 collage. Their photos are always way better than mine. The other two (aged 14 and 6) stayed home this afternoon. They have been working with the neighbourhood kids building a fort with old branches around a rock pile just behind the park. Pretty cool. Tomorrow all of us will go to the rink for the final game of the tourney. crystalb, this was obvious a good idea with so many people playing. Love the baby pages. msliz that movable doll is GENIOUS! Love it! |

Thanks to the bash it challenges I've been pulling some really old things into the kits I've been making. I made this one using the borders from some ancient Urban Lily rub on journaling spots along with lots of random yellow embellishments from my stash.  |

Wow, Chinagirl828, those rub-ons look amazing!  I always forget about them, but I think I have a few in my stash. You've inspired me to try them out. As predicted, I didn't have a chance to scrap anymore yesterday, but I couldn't shut my mind off from thinking about LOs I want to make. I love having so many ideas swirling around in my head! Going to try to get at least an hour or two in this afternoon. |

I didn't get much scrapping done, but my fiancee' and I had a great day. Got some much needed exercise when went for a long walk in the woods looking for mushrooms. All in all it was a great day. Just printed off another photo for the LO I'm working on, so hopefully I can finish that today. I have been super slow, but at least I'm scrapping. I think I really need to take a good 15 minutes today and organize my area. It's a mess, and I am sure it helps slow me down. I try to gather supplies for each LO before I start, but I haven't lately, seems I can't find anything..
I got my Jillibean Soup box in yesterday, and I was super happy with it. It just happened to have a die cut that is perfect for the page I am working on....love when that happens! LOL
I hope you guys all get some scrappy time in today! I'm going to finish my coffee and start working on that page

I feel your pain! i was supposed to scrap yesterday, but my son had borrowed one of my new clear rubber stamps and it WASNT BACK IN ITS PROPER PLACE!!! LOL. I was so irritated I spent almost 2 hours looking for this tiny clear rubber stamp, only to find it stuck to the bottom of one of my plastic storage cases. Is it just me, or does everyone else get annoyed when people 'borrow' supplies and don't put them back where they belong? anyway, today i have more time and everything is in its proper place so i can finally relax. |
