She had lost weight prior to the show starting. She originally was at 400+. At the start of the show, she was around 300. I think it's confusing because they are using two starting points. They talk about her total weight lost since she started and then her weight loss since the show started. At times, they don't mention the weight loss prior to the show starting but talk about her clothing size at that weight.
