You know what I hate about Maggie, Lizzy, and Amy lines?
It is that they always have to have 18+ papers in their lines and a mega-million embellishments!!!!! Why can't they have 12 like everyone else? Definitely not good for the wallet, that is for sure. Yes, I only buy what I like, but sometimes even that list is too long.
ETA: I like the glitter words Thickers!

I love Maggie Holmes lines! I find her collections very usable. This may be my favourite of hers so far. I love the Storybook feel of it, and that floral ephemera pack, wow! The floral pack reminds me of my beloved Sassafras foldies! Luckily it is my birthday in early October, so I know what I will be spending birthday money on.

ETA: I like the glitter words Thickers! I absolutely agree…there's too much! I recently bought a Webster's Pages collection that consisted only of paper, some vellum and a few sticker & alpha sheets. I used every bit of it and it was beautiful and easy and fun to use. I'd be completely satisfied if we weren't inundated with expensive embellishments.

I love this.
I've been looking at the new Websters Pages lines and I'm sad bc I don't think those have enough embellishments/extras with them. So this line makes me happy to see a lot of extras.

it does have a lot, but I like most of the embellishment. I only like a few of the papers. And I LOVE the gold thickets

I like the embossing folder, and I'm always a sucker for the frames.

Not my style this time. (FWIW, some of the older lines are now on sale at Tuesday Morning if anyone is looking for them)

Oh kind of relieved that I'm not a fan of this line. I'll save my pennies for the next one

I love it! My first impulse it to want it all. Then reality sets in and I can pare it down to what I know I'll use. Love the color wave of this collection.

I like some items but the whole collection looks a little too cream for me.

I feel like there are a few pieces I really love (like the glitter word thickers) but overall, it's a little too "shabby chic" for my taste. I'm sure I'll still pick and choose a handful of items to add to my collection.

I've become such a cynic, I can't wait to see what American Crafts messes up in the collection. I hate looking at sneaks from their family of brands, because they always screw up the one thing I have to have.

Some great pieces/papers! I agree, it looks similar to all her other lines...hard to see where this is a "different" line versus an "extension" of her lines, but it is still beautiful I love the die set!

I really wanted to love it, but it's just to soft and pastel for me.
Am I the only one who is amazed that scrap companies sell things like doilies? Everyone knows that you can buy gold foil, silver foil, and white paper doilies in varied sizes at the grocery store, right? And they're cheap.

Am I the only one that laughed at the gold foil doily in one of the embellishment packs? Weren't we supposed to get that same one last year? LOL. I do like the line but it is a bit too similar to the last couple releases for me. I will pick up a few pieces but I definitely don't have the "must buy everything right now" urge.

I like some of the embellishments a lot. The embossed foil stickers are cute, and the vellum, and the ruffle thingies. The colors aren't my first choice for my children (they're girls, but they're not dainty or sweet.) But if I was doing a heritage album to document my grandmother's era, I'd use every bit of it!

I like gold in really small doses; typewriter thickers are something I might buy. Some of the embellishments and paper are a little too photo realistic (reminiscent of DCWV stacks), and the jackalope (sp?) paper is hilarious. I do like the b side of most of the papers. Just kind of tired of gold foil, water color, brush script font in so many lines right now.
