I just bought a pack of Thickers alphabet. Love the size. Love the solid black color. And am already thinking about buying more of this pack.
I've also been known to buy more than one pack of enamel dots or arrow embellishments because I know I will use them.
With paper, I mostly just buy one of whatever I like then move on. Too much paper, too little time.
So, do you buy repeats of your favorite scrapbook supplies or are you always looking for something new and fresh?

I've repurchased paper that I love. Not often, but a few times.
I often buy multiple packs of the same Thickers, especially if I find them at TM.
Because I am making scrapbooks for my two grandchildren, I will buy two sets of the same collection, if I really, really love it.

Paper, definitely, and maybe the odd package of enamel dots if they are on clearance. And I've been known to do it unintentionally when I forget that I've already got it in my stash!

I totally agree with the paper thing. Too much pretty paper out there to keep living in the past! I will buy multiples of thickers and embellishments!

I buy 2 sheets of some papers, if I buy them by the sheet, because I make 2 page spreads. But, other than that, I've only bought 2 of something because I forgot I already bought it the first time. "So nice, I bought it twice."

I buy repeats and I love new stuff too. But especially with Thickers and alphabets there are some that just work with my style and I buy those more than once.

I buy repeats all the time of things I really love and I especially did that with OA and I am glad I did now. I've only bought more than one sheet of patterned papers (& rarely embellishments, unless by accident, because I use them sparingly) from Chatterbox, KI Memories, & October Afternoon. Like you, I'm also glad that I did (since all three companies are out of business)!

I tend to prefer something new. The exception was PP Moonstruck, which I used up and ordered a few more sheets of to get the B side. I have bought multiple of letter stickers, but only because there are never enough vowels.

I definitely buy repeats of papers that I really love (and have occasionally bought a repeat unintentionally when I forgot I already had it). But I also love new paper, new styles. I rarely buy repeats of embellishments, though, unless you count getting the same type in different color schemes.

I will definitely buy repeats of basic colours/styles of Thickers and enamel dots - they are things that I use on so many LOs. Papers - I will often buy 2 or even 3 if I like both sides of a paper. There are sometimes where I've only bought one, but after I get my order decide I really like a couple of the papers, and put in a second order. I have also bought a collection pack and seconds of some favourites from the pack on occasion.

I don't tend to buy repeats. I have maybe once of some alphas.

I don't buy repeats of papers but might get doubles of alphas on some occasions. I have done more repeat buying in the past and things generally didn't get used so I've learned from my mistakes!

In between. Something new that has the same look as my old stuff. Like Heritage Papers. I do prefer the distressed look; browns, cream, black, smaller patterns. Gears, clocks, distressed flowers,... I have BH Heritage Papers and a Kaiser Craft line that I like together. Camping paper; browns, greens, no lake stuff, bears, s'mores, hiking, 4 wheelers. I have a line from Carta Bella and Cosmo Cricket that works good with each other. If there is stuff I don't like (lakes) I make sure the other side will work. Boys papers; usually the lines from Echo Park. New lines from that company seem to go with the old ones. Christmas papers; traditional colors with more red and white and with some black. Less green.

When I find a collection I like, or stickers I can use, I buy multiples right off the hop. It is so hard to get exact matches later.
If I see something I have used before and loved, I will definitely bring it home with me, but I don't go looking for exactly what I already have--either in my stash or in my albums.

I buy repeats very rarely and only if they are more basics. I would buy multiples of products like enamel dots (my favorites are from My minds eye), heart chipboards, stars etc.
For collections I usually buy singles.

I don't buy alphabet stickers, that is why I have dies and for the last year, I've had an Expression that was given to me so I make my own. I never bought them because I knew it would drive me crazy to have so many letters left that I couldn't use.
I guess I'm more for having things match or have a them so I like multiples of the same paper and cardstock. So, yes, I'll buy multiples.

Something new. Back when I did more scrapping, my lss was always getting new stuff in. I wanted it all. No time for old stuff.

I would like to say both. I do two books at a time, so I always purchase at least two of everything and I look for new stuff.

I don't usually buy multiples. After I've used a paper I don't usually want to use that same design again. I'd rather have something different. I might get a couple of packs of enamel dots or sequins since I'll use that up and it's more convent than having to hunt down another pack later.

I have no problem going back and repurchasing something I've used and loved. I'll buy paper a second time. I usually only buy embellishments again if I am confident I can use all the pieces again, so die cut packs or sticker sheets are unlikely but enamel dots or wood veneer or similar generic pieces I'll buy without hesitation.
I'll also buy more than one pack of something when I'm purchasing it for the first time if I anticipate I will love it and get a lot of use out of it.

For paper I'll buy two or more sheets if I anticipate a double page or really like the design. I have repurchase the paper that I really liked and knew I could use over again. For embellishments, it has to be something that I know I will use to repurchase - SC wood veneer stars (at at least four times now), enamel dots, Maggie Holmes fabric puffy hearts all quickly come to mind. Alpha stickers: if I like the set I will frequently by 2 to 4.

If it's something I truly love (Bazzill's Ivy textured cardstock) then I will stock up BIG TIME.
A few months ago, I picked up a great black scripty alpha letter sticker from Walmart. Yes. Walmart. You know the kind where they're designed so all the letters will line up and look like it's actually connected? Don't come across those too often, so I went back the next week & cleared them out!
And there's a font of Thickers that I like that I have bought more than one set of.
Other than that, like you said, there are so many supplies out there that I know something will come along that I'll probably like just as much as the paper, stickers, etc. that I love already, so I don't repurchase often.
That being said, I wish I had bought 2 of the album I am putting our Hawaii trip photos in. What ever made me think one album was enough, I'll never know. Now I have 2 mismatched albums from the same trip and it's driving me bonkers. Ack.

I tend to get bored easily so I don't buy things I've already used. I have bought multiples, usually just two, of Thickers or letter stickers, but not paper or other embellishments. I guess I don't like seeing a lot of the same supplies in my albums, which is funny because I can't stop buying paper pads. Those things last forever.

I will buy multiples of patterned paper if it's something I know I will use or if I like both sides. If I'm making a themed album I like to have continuty so I will have multiples of some things. I have wished I bought more than 1 pack of some Thickers.

Paper I guess, cause usually I would buy 2 of the same for possible double layouts. Sticker letters sometimes I would buy 2 if I really liked them. Of course, there is always the accidental buying of something I already had. OR if on clearance for really cheap.
I had a girlfriend who ALWAYS bought 3 sheets of paper. For every single piece of paper she had. 2 for double layouts and the 3rd for the backside. If there was no backside, she still bought that 3rd sheet in case she needed it. She had a HUGE stack of paper.

Once I bought a pack of Thickers and as soon as I used it I realized it was a lot more wonderful than I initially thought it was. So I bought another pack and I love that even though I've pretty much decimated that first pack I can take pieces from the second and just keep using them up. I wish I could find it and buy a third. Never has a Thicker been so wonderful. I have never bought any other duplicate items.
