admin This past week I've been redirected to a download page when first clicking a link on my first visit of the day to the board. Today it happened on Any Interest for PhAD For June? when I clicked the Here link in the last post. I've attached a screenshot. It looks at first glance like a bona-fide Firefox update page perhaps - until you look at the web address. It seems to only happen here, only on my first visit and when I first click a link. Once I click cancel, it goes away. I'm not getting alerts from my anti-virus but I'll scan my computer to make sure. I just thought perhaps you ought to know. 27 May Same image and pop-up, different website address. This happened on my first visit when clicking to reply to a private message. I''ve done my anti-virus scans and also a malware scan and everything is clear.

Sounds like a browswer hijacker. Pull out the guns and run all your virus and adware programs.

My parents are getting that all the time. Whenever my mom goes into Yahoo to check her email. I have run every virus and adware program I can find, multiple times. They even took it in and had the whole computer wiped and reinstalled everything. 2 days later the pop up was back. Very frustrating.
