I'll be on vacation soon so I know I'll shoot my healthy eating a bit for the 2 weeks we are gone. We'll be in Australia and New Zealand so I don't think I'll come across a Shake Shack or Whataburger but will hopefully find an equivalent to try. I don't care what diet I'm on, I will be eating scones!!! Apparently the best burgers are to be found at Mary's Burgers in Newtown, and also Bar Luca in the city. Apparently you should order the Blame Canada burger at Bar Luca ( Bar Luca Menu). My sons rave about it.

The Blame Canada burger looks like it would be a top pick for me and my DS. I hope I have time for that.

For straight up fast food you can get in most of the country (and somewhat internationally):
BK Whopper Jr McD Quarter Pounder w/cheese McD Cheeseburger Five Guys Smashburger
We have local places that do it better of course (Stella's in Bellevue NE), but sometimes you want that nostalgic taste of your childhood (BK & McD).
