I used to get a delivery like that, not a CSA, just an organic produce delivery service, usually but not always from local suppliers. You could customize your order or just let them choose. Also you could add all kinds of organic groceries, meat, cheese, etc. I loved it! Got it every other week, year round, for years till she closed down the delivery business to focus on her restaurant. I had the 8yo and his stepbrother here this afternoon, so I made sliders for us before they went to tae kwon do. My neighbor brought me soup, so I'll probably have some of that in a while. I don't even know what's in it yet.

scrapmaven and Trixie Bender - I told dh what you both suggested. He is in full agreement that I get the kitchen I want so that he gets the meals he wants hahaha. Works both ways, I guess. Love you guys! Smart man!! ETA: tuesdaysgone, your lunch sounds like it was a lot of fun! scrappert, skip the leftovers and go straight to the fudge and cupcakes. newlywoods03, it's a bummer that the baseball season is over because I enjoyed hearing about your crazy life during the season because it brought back so many memories, but I'm glad it's back to the weekly family dinners. It's a special thing your family does. (If you've ever watched Blue Bloods, that's how I picture the dinners.) It was crazy there for a season wasn't it! My oldest told us tonight that baseball is going to be his life haha. We love Blue Bloods! The guests around my in loves table aren't as quiet as the ones on the show. Tonight there were 14 ❤

She has greenhouses so I suppose she grows year round. In my next life I'm going to have a flower farm.
