It always feels so weird when the weather is out of season.
One year living in Tahoe it snowed on my birthday, in August!
My son's half birthday is July 4th. One year we were in Mammoth over the fourth and when we asked my son if there was anything fun he would like to do for his half birthday, he said he heard some guys talking who said there was Snow at the top of the mountain. He asked to go up and have a snowball fight. We had a blast.

We skied at Mammoth Mountain one year on the 4th of July. Snow was kind of cruddy, but they had a couple of lifts open. I guess if I still skied we could go do it again this year! Crazy weather!

Utah weather has been drunk this year. Are the ski resorts still open? It really has. It's not like we haven't had cold June's with snow and all. It's just been the wild swings, that crazy snow storm the end of May (that froze a bunch of our tree--thank heaven I think they are coming back). And, then record highs in June, as well. Ski resorts are all closed. It has been really warm in between all the summer snow storms. Drunk is right. Erin I grew up in Sandy and loved Spring skiing. Hope your summer isn't too miserable - you deserve a break!
