it's really tough to listen to his rambling! he's asked a Yes or No answer, and he RAMBLES on and on!!  eta: and yes, I think it's a time-wasting tactic on his part. If he knows so much about the CFR and legal proceedings, then he should know that the best thing is to ONLY answer the question asked, and NOT to give additional information. |

It seems to me if he is having such a hard time recalling conversations then maybe he is in the beginning stages of dementia and should resign as Attorney General. He is at the right age.
