Being annoyed with my kids just kills my creativity....we're all home for the summer and I'm sick of having to referee their fights. I don't want to go work on Project Life or their albums when they are on my last nerve! So, I end up prepping pages in my art journal or my travelers' notebook--tasks that don't take a lot of focus or trying to tell a story.

I found out that discovering your radiator is cracked and now your car needs more than a grand in repairs will kill my mojo pretty darn quick. Ouch.

I would probably just eat popcorn and watch tv🙂

I had a thread like this before and I touched on moods on that post, so rather than rehash it, I'll add a new one!
I spread out A LOT when I'm crafting. I pile like crazy and no matter how much my desk space grows, I seem to still have the same amount of open space that my project barely fits onto in order to work. Most of the time this isn't a big deal, but then THOSE days happen...the ones where you turn to get something and instead you knock over open glue or a stack of supplies that take you 20 minutes to pick up...or the ones where no matter how versed you are on what you want to say in your journaling, you still mess up on the only copy of that paper or journaling card you have...or the ones where you measure a dozen times and STILL cut wrong or even better, you cut it that way you intended, but the wrong orientation on a paper that has to be a certain way to make sense. Those days make me feel defeated before I get far at all!!

I found out that discovering your radiator is cracked and now your car needs more than a grand in repairs will kill my mojo pretty darn quick. Ouch. Sorry to hear that! My husband drives cars into the ground as a delivery driver and called me last night from work. The ONLY time I get calls from him at work is when something is wrong with the car, so I immediately said 'uh oh' when I picked up the phone instead of hello. Sure enough, he was having issues. We had the same issue almost a year ago to the day, but that time it was the battery and it was covered by the warranty. Today it was a $400 alternator (which is what we expected to be wrong last year). I just know more costly repairs are coming, too. My brother used to work for a shop where I paid cost for everything, but where he works now only allows for a discount on labor, but I'm grateful for anything that makes car repairs less expensive!
