I probably have about 20-25 pairs of scissors. But that's because I collect scissors, lol. I buy them whenever I see them at estate sales, and display them in a large glass jar. I only have about three or four pairs of scissors that I use for crafting-- two pairs of CM scissors (one of them is my original pair from 20 years ago, lol), a tiny pair of detail scissors, and a pair of large orange-handled Fiskars scissors I use only for cutting fabric.
eta: I also have a small pair of scissors for embroidering that have a curved spot on the blade to hold the thread so you can trim the thread really close.

I have two pairs that I use regularly for cutting paper and fabric. Also, about 30-35 decorative scissors that I rarely use. What can I say. I bought them for 50 cents each when I first started scrapping.

I probably have 9 in my craft studio, but many more throughout the house and in my sewing box and crochet tote. I also inherited my mom's collection of small sewing scissors. I remember my sister thinking I was ridiculous for having a special pair for cutting ribbon and a teflon coated pair for cutting foam tape. But she was quickly to converted to the logic in having scissors for every need!

Scissors for scrapbooking 2. That's all I need until 1 breaks or I loose one.

I have a measly two pairs. One for broad cutting and one for fussy cutting. If we're just talking scrapbooking this is me too. I've had the same 2 pairs since I started scrapbooking in 2004 and honestly don't ever know what I would need more than 2 for lol. I have others in the house (for sewing, kitchen, outside etc) but I don't use those for scrapping. Because I live with people who pick them up and take them places where they don't belong, and then don't put them back when they're done. So now I have them all over the place so I can always lay my hands on a pair when *I* want one and I don't have to waste too much time looking for one. I know now why my mom locked up her sewing scissors, LOL!

My sister! She had lost a pair that she had been using in the living room. We all put our hands down the side of the sofas and chairs and found 17 pairs! This wasn't counting the scissors actually still in her craft room or in the kitchen! wow! She wins!

buy them whenever I see them at estate sales, and display them in a large glass jar. I would love this! What a fabulous idea.
