Today I see some kind of message telling my my photo bucket is temporarily disabled, then I see a message that my signature is too big. I have not changed my siggy for almost 3 years.
Anyone know what's going on and what I need to do? I can easily access my photo bucket account.
I need to host my siggy someplace else.

Let's see what happens when I post, because my images are also in photobucket.
Okay, I see mine are gigantic again. This happens from time to time and I don't know what causes it or how to fix it-- we all just wait it out and eventually they return to normal.
But I think there might be something else going on with you-- you first get the HUGE error message (which I think then triggers the size warning). Do you share a lot of your images? Because I think there's a limit to how many times things can be viewed/accessed via the bandwidth. If that's what happened, I think the only thing to do is wait out the month when your photobucket resets (or pay to upgrade your account).
Sorry that isn't more technologically specific.
ETA: When I edited my post, your little error message icon went back to normal size.

I rarely go on photobucket. I hate to lose my siggy buttons. I guess I will hope it returns to normal for a few days. Is there anywhere else I can host my siggy buttons?
It looks like they want me to pay, so now I need to find a way to keep my siggy photos somewhere else. Ideas?

I use Photobucket and I want to change too. The ads on Photobucket are ridiculous, I have to click through about 58 pop-ups just to upload a photo, and then it takes FOREVER! I usually have to log out then back in several times to be able to click on the code to post a photo.

But I used to recommend them to everyone; I won't anymore.

Can an account on Imgur be set to private? I just want a secure place to host my photos, not share them with the world. I am so tired of the constant ads on Photobucket and am ready to ditch that account.

Neither Imgur or Flickr allow hosting for web graphics eg avatars or signatures, so avoid those. It looks like Photobucket are now taking the same approach for their free accounts. I've used Tinypic without issue although I've heard others have problems; Postimage has been recommended to me a few times. **GypsyGirl** Flickr would probably be perfect for you. As mentioned above, they don't allow hosting of web graphics, but they have a very generous free account, and privacy settings are customisable for each folder (you should be able to set your default for all uploads to private).
