I've shot a few seniors, I don't charge because I'm not technically trained, I just enjoy it. I do it as a gift for people who can't afford a costly photographer. Heres a few I shot. Sweet girl who was game for my ideas (the waterfall is real and yes it was very very cold) (If I shared some of these already on the old board I apologize. Can't remember

Beautiful pictures. There are nice enough that you could charge for them. What luck kids that you do it for free.

Very nice. And I really appreciate that you are doing them for the kids for free. How do you go about this? Do you advertise? Just know who needs the pictures and is not able to purchase them because you know the family? I think it is an awesome gift to them, and I'm sure it's fun for you too.

Sometimes people ask me to do a wedding or newborn or a senior, just from word of mouth or seeing my photos on Facebook. I let them know that I won't accept money for it. I'll also offer at times for my girls' friends or boyfriends.

For senior pictures this year, we are going with a photographer that did prom pictures last year for free. I loved his work and scrapped a ton of pictures that I couldn't have taken at the dance. I always do photo shoots up in the mountains. They turn out really nice. I have taken a few classes, but would love to do senior pictures for families that can't afford it. What a nice thing to do.

Murphy a.k.a. bad dog (now he is wonderful, but we still call him bad dog).

Beautiful pictures! As far as you saying you aren't "technically trained", you definitely have an eye for photography;and that is something that can't be taught

Those pictures are fantastic. It is so refreshing to see photos that are real instead of photo shopped to death. And what a wonderful gift for the students and their families. Nice work.

Training schmaining. You have a real talent. All three are excellent! You captured such a lovely expression in the first one. And I love the hoodie one--so cute! Well done.

I don't do a lot of editing, so I only use free programs. Right now I like Photoscape. It does the basics, and it has some fun features. Free download.
