My Fiona died just over a week ago of cancer too. It just sucks. I'm so sorry you have to experience this too.

I'm sorry for your loss. It hurts so much. I said goodbye to my 12yo Tango last Wednesday. Its been a very rough week and yesterday we picked up his ashes. Every day gets easier, but getting through those firsts is so hard. The first ring of the doorbell with no bark. My first breakfast of toast where he wasn't there waiting for the last bite. It is very heartbreaking, but that means they were well-loved.
