I have a certain brand of ink pads that I like. Supposedly, according to charts online there are 36 colors but I've never found one place that sells all the colors so maybe it's a myth like Big Foot... even my local craft store only sells 5-6 of the colors. Anyway, I own 16 so far, but it's so tempting to find the other 20 colors and complete my collection just because... I'd probably never use the 4 shades of purple and lavendar ink, but my collection would be complete! Is there something scrap related (or not) where you have the entire set? Did you feel complete when you finally had it all, or more "now what am I going to do?" Just curious

I used to when I was a Stampin Up demo. I had all the ink pads for all the colors that were current at the time I stopped. That included all the reinkers and all the markers. That was up until 2 in color ink sets ago. I was just looking at my ink holder and realizing that I don't even use 1/4 of them anymore. My go to ink are Ali's crafter inks, momento ink, stazon and the distress oxides. Now granted each of those inks has different properties and uses but I just don't think I need them anymore.

I have all the full size distress inks, both regular and oxides . I'm working on getting all the reinkers. I also have all the colors of Ranger alcohol inks.
I have all the memento inks in dewdrops. I would like to get all the full size pads, but since I already have all the colors in one form, I'm taking my time with that.

I have the complete set of prismacolor pencils, the memento dewdrops and the Spectrum Noir Pens. I tried, but failed, to amass the entire rainbow of Colorbox inks.

At one time I had all the Tombow marker colors. I also have all the Irojiten colored pencils. I am close to having all the Distress ink pads, but I am not trying to complete the set anymore. I would love to have the complete set of Daniel Smith watercolors or Golden Paints, but that will never happen!

No. I have a lot of both the Papertrey Ink and Altenew dye inks, but not all. Same with PTI coloured cardstock.

I think I have all of the tiny Tim Holtz inkers. I know I have all 12 of the Lucky 8 large punches. I bought two at Archivers for 50% off and loved them (but they were still $19.99 each on sale). Then I found 9 more at Ross one Christmas season and they were $5.99-7.99. The one elusive one I didn't find until two or three years later in a bargain bin at a scrapbook store in Denver. I paid $15.99 for it just to have the whole set. They hang on the inside of my scrap closet door. They are heavy!

Nope. Not even close. This is me too. I'm trying to think through my stash to see if there is anything where I would want to own everything.

I have most of the mini Distress Inks, maybe all but 5 or so. Other than that, no. If I were to collect all of something, it would probably be Distress reinker. Besides being useful to reink the pads, they are a dream to use as watercolor with a water brush. I have about 10, and am adding to my collection little by little.

I think I'm like 10 away from owning all the distress inks but have a ways for their reinkers. I haven't even started on the oxides.
I own a full set of old SU! Dye ink colors and 3 color families of the pigment inks. But they switched colors on all the sets so I stopped collecting. I wish I had the reinkers as some of the pads could use it.

All the distress inks, reinkers and markers.
All the PTI cubes ink
I'm working on the archival inks. They are my favourite.
I have a lot of complete collections of releases. Like all the paper, dies, stickers etc of a Christmas release or two.
Complete release of marianne design dies.

At one point when I was a SU demo I had all the markers, all the cardstock and all the ink pads. But that was for like a second (ok maybe a year) until they came out with new colors. But never again since, I am really behind with the colors.

I have all of the Memento Luxe ink pads. I believe there are 24 colors in the collection, but I wish they would come out with more!
I have all the current Stampin' Up! ink pads, plus in-color ink pads.
I have all the Papertrey Ink ink colors, but most of them are the stupid paisley design. Eventually I would like to switch to the newer oval design, but the paisley inks still have ink so I haven't made the switch. The paisley shape drives me bonkers.
I think I have all the Studio Calico card kits. I miss those kits and I wish they would bring them back!

The only thing I have all of is the 48 original distress inks. A few colors at a time, I got them all before the "limited edition" and then the added new colors came out.
It is the ONLY thing I have all of. I regret it because some of the colors I hardly use. I will never buy all of anything again. Only what I really, like and will use.

Although I have a huge stash, I don't buy everything in a collection for the sake of having the whole collection. I buy what I like, and only what I like. There are colors I will never use, so I see no point in buying every color of inkpad or Copic (or other brand of) markers. I don't need every paper and the related embellishments in a collection, because there are always parts that I don't like and won't use.

Until the distress ones came out. I didn't get all of those.
