Maybe' 'birch tree' wasn't a great description! I bought the one streetscrapper linked which has the Christmas tree boughs you stack together on a skewer to make a tree. Ohhh ok. Gotchya. I love that one. I put it in my cart right after you guys were talking about it lol!

Darn, in unpacking my most recent packages I realized I bought two of the same die by different sellers! My friend is going to be a happy camper. I have been using Evernote to keep track, but only after I receive the dies. Now I suppose it should be when I order

Amateur hour question: does this die set come with instructions because I can't figure out why there's a three-hole system?...

Amateur hour question: does this die set come with instructions because I can't figure out why there's a three-hole system?... Are you referring to the three hole die on the left? Looks like it is to cut circles to use as ornaments?

Are you referring to the three hole die on the left? Looks like it is to cut circles to use as ornaments? It's the three (smaller) holes in the branches that leave me puzzled. I can't figure out why I need three to slide them on a stick?

The 3 circle die cuts berries/ornaments and you need the three holes on the branches for when you cut them in half and stack them together. I realised this is a Concord & 9th die and you'll find instructions/videos on their website. The boughs are really cute on cards as well! concordand9th.com/products/take-a-bough-die

It was just a simple matter of when you cut the branches in half then... Alright, I've had my eye on this set for weeks now. I'm ordering it next week. Gah, more than half my die stash is plants/branches/twigs. I have a problem, I think.

I ordered this one back in August from another seller but never received it, so I just ordered it again. Christmas Lights
I have been trying to find those Christmas lights! They are no longer available at the site you linked. Does anyone have a trick to track things down on Ali? I just spent 30 minutes looking and still can't find them. I don’t see this die very often but keep an eye on this seller. I added it to my wish list early last week and by the time I made the decision to buy it, it was sold out. But the seller added more stock and when I realized it was available again I bought it immediately. I think if you watch the store you will find that die again in just a matter of a few days.

(link in an earlier post here) anniefb thanks so much for linking to the original - I was trying to remember where the instructions were but was prepared to wing it when the thing arrives! You've just saved me an hour or two x

sleepingbooty I got mine cheaper from Amazon.uk if that's any help? (link in an earlier post here) After £1 UK delivery charge + £ to € conversion (and the conversion fee Amazon UK charges), it would definitely be cheaper for me on Ali. Plus, the Amazon vendor doesn't ship to France anyway (and isn't available on amazon.fr either). Thanks for letting me know though! Found it here for 2,74€ with free shipping but will shop around on Ali before placing my order to get the best price. #cheapisascheapdoes

What's (SBR) everyone keeping warm in their cart while waiting for the 11.11 promo day?

What's (SBR) everyone keeping warm in their cart while waiting for the 11.11 promo day? My cart is full as is my wishlist. I'll have to link some things later. Out the door to the little thing called work. 😒

My cart is empty because I didn't know about the promo day. I don't actually 'need' anything else at the moment so will try and stay strong!

I still want a list of those matching dies. If anyone sees Birch Press Dazzle B and C dies, can you holler? I saw someone on YT that had found the set, but I've only ever seen the top one. Me too. I want that on so bad but I'm not about to pay $76.00 for it. These companies should get with the program. There products are way over priced. Ali or no Ali I would have to pass.

jstblondie I found them all, along with a few other complete sets a while back. I've got a lot going on, I can link them later if I remember. If I forget, just ping me. I saw them again last week and they were still all for sale.

OneTwoThreeThey have a lower price quote for the 11.11 promo day so I'd suggest waiting until then.

nicolep Work is such a third wheel when I try to have a fun date with AliExpress, ugh... anniefb Don't tempt us over to the good side! Which Birch Press dies/die sets did you buy on Ali (I only remember you got the Peony stacked set and the fir tree)? Do they all work well?

sleepingbooty That was it. They have a subheading actually called Birch Press. Ali will shut down stores for infringement, so given how obvious that is, if Birch ever pursues, they'll shut them down. Also, if you put the items in your cart, it gives you the 11.11 price, so you can decide if that extra piddly bit per die is worth waiting for. Oh--and not all the sets are sized exactly right on any of the stores. The set you quoted, the top die is a smidge smaller. It's really not huge, since it's the front one. You can cut the 2 behind it down and you'll never see it since the top one has a frame. Several of the other sets are sized better.

nicolep Oooh, nice catch! Those envelopes look like such a stylish addition to a DD album. Is the kraft paper sturdy? moraie Did you by chance order the stacked Delfina set? That's what I have my eye on and now I'm wondering whether the three dies are properly dimensioned.

sleepingbootyI got Avalon, 2 of 3 Peony, Amour A (I've never found the others), Dazzle (top is smaller), Delphina, Sevilla. The second Delphina die (middle layer) is smaller than the others. The dimensions are listed in the description, and they list the middle one as smaller. I've looked through a lot of other sellers for it and they're all smaller. I like that pattern enough that I'd use all the layers on their own. I figured if I get really desperate, I'll cut it from black, PicScan it and cut a proper one, no big.

I saw that on a YouTube die haul the lady was putting the 3 cut outs together and then realized the 3 one was smaller. Only way to fix that is to add a frame around it to cover up the size difference.

I then resized the smaller plate. It's not perfect but pretty darn close to the correct size. So i can cut two on my big shot and then use the cameo to make the remaining cut.

I got 2 of the Peony ones (couldn't find the base layer) and they cut well and are the same size. I traced one to make the base layer I can cut with my Cameo. The birch bough die is actually a Concord & 9th one but that cuts well as well. I'm planning to make some mini trees for Christmas decor.

I have Fiori, 2 of the Peony set, 2 large and the smaller of the Dazzle set, Seville, and Honeycomb. I didn't buy but have seen all of Avalon, parts of Amour, Circa, Delfina, and Maxwell. I was hoping they would have the Snowflake set.

I spied Penny Black Antique Frames in rectangle and squares and two versions of wonky stitched dies similar to Lawn Fawn.
