I too use a 3 ring binder notebook. So if I print a recipe from the web it goes on regular computer paper. I also will hand write recipes onto paper and each recipe goes into a page protector.

Don't say an app or something. I kind of like hard copies - I'm old school. I love using Pinterest to find and store recipes but I'm with you on hard copies. Anytime I find a winner, I print it out because there have been a lot of times I go back to the recipe only to find the recipe gone because a blog is deleted or a link is broken. So I have a hard copy (full page, in page protector), a saved copy on my external hard drive, and another copy on my Google drive. I figure that covers all the bases. Most word processing programs allow you to set the paper size.

I print out any recipe I want and then slide them into page protectors. The page protectors then go in a 8.5 x 11 biner that I keep in my kitchen. I do this also. I have a 2 inch binder that I have tabs for each section, for example main courses, salads, etc. I put the recipes in page protectors. Some are cut from magazines or the newspaper and some have been printed from the internet.
Also, I have a few page protectors that hold index cards and in those I have card recipes that my mom has given me in years past.
Honestly, I am not that organized..I need to go through it and get rid of recipes I don't make..sometimes I stick something in there that sounds good and never get to it. Now that I am more dependent on my ipad, I also use the paprika app in addition to my binder

I have a 3 ring binder and I organize my recipes that way. For instance, I have a section for pasta dishes, IP, Mexican, soups, etc.

I can see the appeal of hard copies but I love Pinterest ... I have a bunch of recipes in categories and then I have an "It Tastes Good!" board for the stuff that we really like My laptop is in the kitchen so it is easy to cook from that
