tuesdaysgone, I'm sorry the wrong parts are getting thin. Have you had a vitamin D test? Odds are that you will need vitamin D and calcium. Do you have osteopenia?

I ordered pizza dough in my CSA this week. It came half defrosted so I had to use it. It was ok.

Yes, "osteopenia" was added to my vocabulary yesterday. The nurse did tell me I would have a vit D test when I saw the doctor. This was a base line test. I guess it's best to know this information at 53 so I can make some small changes now. Thanks, scrapmaven. As health issues go, this is not a huge problem. Overall I'm in good health for an "old" lady. As you well know, good health is to be celebrated and all of us here in the tribe have learned a very valuable lesson from you: always look on the bright side! |
