I brought this topic over here even though it is a Dec Daily product - it has to do with shipping. Never used to take more than 2-3 days for me to get items. Now, the replacement page protectors and logbook were shipped on 10 Nov, no tracking until today, the 15th- it's showing up in LaVergne TN at a UPS innovations facility. Umm. That's the OPPOSITE direction out of Bowling Green KY to my house in Missouri. It says expected delivery date Nov 20th - that's five MORE days from now. I could drive back and forth to LaVergne TN approximately 30 times between now and Nov. 20th. What's up with the switch in shipping? Is Inked suffering so badly that they are sending packages by pony? Well, someone needs to tell the pony to head north or it's going to have to walk the whole way around the earth. And to get here before December, it better find some wings.
Ali/Katie, please demand better service from Inked or your loyal fans will all end up former customers.

Today is Ali's wedding day so I am sure Katie is busy with that - but I am sure she will be reaching out to you once she has time to come back to the boards. She has been very helpful to others in the past when we have tagged her on this thread.

Send me a message with your username and I can look into this for you. We choose different shipment methods based on the weight/quantity of what we are sending out. Shipping is a complicated thing and not something that is always in our control due to processes put in place by USPS and UPS. I will investigate this for you to see if there is any more information I can pass along, and to make sure there weren't any issues with your order. |

I am disappointed in Product Play. All the examples are good, some are even stunning, but 20 dollars is a high price to pay. I mean, the layouts are also posted on Instagram. I haven't watched the video process; it seems quite easy to replicate. Am I the only to feel this way?

I'm enjoying it myself because it's motivating me to actually do stuff. I've been feeling super burned out recently and I've been finding myself stopping the videos after two minutes because I'm all fired up to do my own thing and that for me has made the value of the workshop priceless. I can see why a lot of people wouldn't like it though, it's hardly groundbreaking in some of the designs and is more suited for people fairly new to scrapbooking I guess. Really wish the videos were downloadable so I can watch then on my commute though, but that's just a general gripe about workshops. |

Anyone have a link to past story kits? The link I have is old and doesn’t work. I think there was a digital kit I wanted, but can’t remember and with the sale starting tomorrow I probably need to figure it out.

I cannot unsee "glue" LOL I only get the stamp set but haven't been thrilled lately and this one was one I was really looking forward to and so far I am not even looking forward to getting my stamp set. I haven't listened to the class yet though. I wouldn't use the card because of the glue and hyphenation I hate things like that huge pet peeve.

Same happened to me. Finally got to my cart after watching the spinning circle of death for ages, only to find that most of the items in my cart were sold out....and it's 1:30am here....what a waste of time. I just left it all there in the cart.
One thing with the SC sale..no-one knew about it, so it was easy to shop and check out.
