I've been GF over six years. I LOVE Pamela's Artisan and substitute it for the gluten laden stuff equally in recipes. I can find it in some stores or I order it on Amazon. It's a blue bag.

King Arthur, Pamela’s. Cup for Cup, Jules, Manini’s are all good.

We were only GF for a few months during the FODMAP diet, but I used King Arthur GF flour as a substitute for regular flour.
I still make snickerdoodles using KA GF Baking Mix (not to be confused with the flour). Yum!

We aren't GF, but my daughter makes GF snickerdoodles for her best friends mom...she uses a Pilsbury GF flour. I would never guess they were GF.
ETA - correction, it's Betty Crocker Rice Blend GF flour.

My favorites are Cup 4 Cup and King Arthur's Measure for Measure. Both have given me excellent results when used in my older recipes.

We buy gluten free oatmeal, and I put some of it in the Nutribullet to make flour when I’m baking. I’ve been really happy with the results.
We also buy coconut flour, which I think makes baked goods taste really good. (Makes good waffles, too.)

My cousin, who researches everything, swears by Jules and says you can't even tell it's gluten-free

My friend likes Domata. I've tasted some baked goods that she made and they were delicious.

For those of you using the King Arthur, have you made biscuits with it? I tried making some last night using my traditional recipe and adding in the salt and baking powder. They were flat and more like a bagel in consistency. Any suggestions on what went wrong?

www.mehlsbakery.comMehl's!! They are a local company, but they will ship anywhere in the US. If you follow their Facebook page, they also post recipes weekly, and last week they posted a gluten-free lefse recipe! :-)
