I have no plans for tonight but don't really feel like cooking. I found 4 links of breakfast sausage in my freezer, I have some cream leftover from Saturday's dinner and some Grands biscuits in the freezer so I'm going to make sausage gravy over biscuits. I'll fry a couple of eggs to have with it and boom, I'm done. Easy peasy What are you doing for dinner tonight?

I got up and threw some hamburger, potatoes, carrots, water and tomatoes in the crockpot and soup will appear for dinner. I have a mammogram late today so the fam can dine as soon as they all get home.

I'm going to my Grandma's for dinner and conversation. I'm taking marinated NY Strip, Roasted Parm Potatoes, cheesey garlic bread and bacon sauted green beans. For dessert I have a German Plum Cake with fresh cinnamon nutmeg whipped cream.

Think we may end up with homemade cheeseburger and chips (fries) tonight - I've got 10 minutes to decide on something!

We just got back from the beach and I meant to take something out of the freezer this morning but I forgot and it's either stop at the store or go out for dinner. After being gone all weekend and eating out, I really want a home cooked meal. Ugh..tomorrow!

Grocery store roast chicken, then I'm going to roast some cauliflower, then probably cut up some strawberries. Serve it with the bread I forgot to serve last night.

Mexican Skillet Dinner. It's an old recipe I had from the 80's when you could put chili powder in something and get away with calling in "Mexican" But dh loves the stuff.

Okay, cheeseburgers sound like fun. We're going to the store for school lunch stuff later on, anyway, so I can pick up dinner stuff at the same time.

Talipia, curry rice, and some vegetable. Is it possible to describe the taste of Talapia please? I keep seeing it on the fish counter but have never tried it and would like to but it isn't an inexpensive fish here so am hesitant about getting some just to try.

Tilapia fish has a sweet, mild taste with lean flesh and a medium-firm, flaky texture. Raw flesh is white or pinkish-white sometimes with a darker muscle layer on the skin side of the fillets. The flesh cooks up to a white color. Aqua-cultured Tilapia tend to have a better flavor than wild Tilapia because Tilapia taste like their environment and wild fish feed on algae

IMO, yes it's pretty mild flavored; I like it and I'm not big on fish.

The only one I've been able to convince my picky kids to eat. We primarily make tacos w/it. I need to broaden our horizons . . . First day of school for my HS freshman and first full day of classes for my kid at the CC, so we're celebrating w/pizza.

Thank you so much, I will give it a go! I did google it but got so many conflicting descriptions and opinions on taste I still wasn't any wiser.....I didn't get that link though, so thank you for that also!
