I need to get a few copies so I can give them to my children to pass onto their children to let them know that yes, in this crazy time, we would not be silent and we wanted to make the world a more even playing ground for them.

Actually, I think your right. People are frustrated and angry about things they themselves can’t change so they, everyone, is simply going out and changing/ calling out/speaking out what they can do. No more silence. No more. As painful as this time might be, I hope that it’s the end of the rule of misogynistic pigs of any/either political side ( or none at all ) I’m tired of ‘power’ being held by a small portion of old white men who think because of their power they can to anything they want to do all the while telling the rest of us how we should live. And the outings have not been only one ‘side’ or another. Because people are just done being suppressed and harassed by anyone. The article mentions rapid social change. Yeah damn right, that’s what happens when you frustrate and piss off people in massive quantities. |

Did they leave Rose McGowan off? No kidding, Taylor Swift made the cover but Rose McGowan did not? That’s a disgrace! While I agree Rose McGowan deserves recognition, I am not sure that I would call their choice a disgrace. Taylor's lawsuit against that DJ for grabbing her @$$ was pretty important in the scheme of things. Unfortunately there are so many that deserve to be on that cover. |

I am sometimes so sad when I think of what a shitty world we've brought our children into. They deserve so much better. I would NEVER EVER give this world to my child if I had the power to make it what is should be. But, I swear I will do my best to make it better than it was for me. |

I think RM absolutely should have been on the cover. She made a very big difference. I also think TS should be on the cover, although she did not originally sue the DJ. She did better than that. He groped her and she immediately complained and got him fired. Yay for her. He then sued her and she countersued. TS does a lot of powerful things for women and many, many people mock her, but I really admire her for standing up to what she believes is right. |
