my january goals are to get the pics printed from my kids and hubby's tokyo trip (I didn't go). i want to scrap some of them!! I MIGHT make a mini album, but i tend to be more consistent when i just do 12x12s and put them in chronological order. I want to make A LOT of cards--I have tons of stamps that I bought during all the sales so now I want to play!!

My only goal was to scrapbook again after a dry spell.
I am very happy to have finished 4 Halloween layouts, and also started 2 back to school layouts.

I have been scrapping up a storm for the past week. 18 pages finished and another 2 started. All with photos taken in December. Still have photos for at least another ten pages, but busier times coming up and mojo is starting to whimper, so I won't be keeping up THIS pace!
I need to get some bd cards created soon before creativity completely deserts me. 3 for January and 3 for February.

I've actually completed quite a lot of my Jan goals already:
* finish Dec month in review pages * finish my DD once my missing order arrives * purge my supplies * complete 6 layouts - 5 completed

Hard to believe that mid month has arrived. How are you doing?
I have met my 31 pages for January goal. Good thing, b/c tomorrow to Monday I will be away from home. Visiting dgk's, and will be taking lots of pic's I hope and printing them on the way home, but I want to play with those for the 28-4-28 challenges in February.
Not sure what next week will bring, but I know I need to make at least two bd cards.

Picking it up from the post office on Friday. - Order albums for 2018 Done - Do my 2018 title page rather than leaving it til the end of this new year like I have done previously! Done - Do a stock check and order what I need - photo paper, instax paper etc. Done
I have also just finished editing and resizing the images for the rest of my vacation album from 2017. Small victory! Just need to print now.

I've completed all the layouts I wanted to for this month so the only outstanding goal I have is to finish my DD order which I'm waiting on resolution of my FJ order for.

This thread was so helpful to me last year. I certainly didn't accomplish every thing on my list each month but it helped me focus on what needed to get done. January goals: 1) Finish and send cards for the December Cards for a Cause (these will go out tomorrow!) - 20 cards done!2) Make and send cards for the January Cards for a Cause - total made to date - 48; 8 days until mailing; gotta keep the pressure on!3) Make and send cards for the January Ronald McDonald House - 20 cards mailed!4) Replenish my stash of birthday, thank you and thinking of you cards - 6 birthday cards added5) Work on December TN - not a darn thing done6) Take pictures, record stories for January TN - up to date through yesterday7) Put together a "Books I've Read" TN and start using it - well, I've finished 2 books so far this year. Guess I better get my TN started!Above is my update!

Crop this weekend and I feel well enough to go! I have my current photos from like October to the new year. I want to get as many done as possible so I am going to cut socializing to a bare minimum and move from one to another.
My boys are adults now. They remember their own lives at this point. So after these current pics I am going to stop scrapping for them as I have been. I will still scrap a birthday or activity, but I'm not going to ask them for photos and keep up albums for them.
I am going to get back to scrapping my own life and life before kids. Still working on the first part of my living history project. Took me nearly 4 albums to get through 18th century and have about 20 layouts left. My husband brought me a shoe box of memorabilia to go through with him. I am hopeful that not much of it will need to be saved, but that may be unrealistic.

I'm going to start slow, in order to get it done and be encouraged to do more over the next months: - keep up-to-date with this years photos - edit and print missing photos from travel album (I just sorted all the pics I got back and noticed I forgot to edit some - argh) - done- work on and finish travel album - working on it but will not finish this month as I'm travelling next weekI plan to work on this years photos while travelling (I'm visiting my mom, so there will be some time for it I hope)

Tomorrow I will be attempting to put my craft room back in some semblance of order. I will go through my Valentine supplies and purge anything I don't think I'll use and then put it all away until next year. OK, I'll admit there's one box of Christmas stamping supplies that I need to do the same with. And then I'm moving on to working on January memory keeping in my TN.

I'm going to keep my January goals pretty simple since I've had a very hard time scrapping lately. - take 30 min to organize my room better - purge as necessary - read class info - start a page (or more!)weekly So far I've accomplished all my January goals. I'm still trying to scrap a lot, as it is good therapy for me, although I have slowed down a bit

My only goal was to scrap at all, and I finally did today.
I had an hour, and made two layout start to finish, and started a third.
I challenged myself to use a die and stamp on each layout, and love how that turned out! Easier to justify all that I have when I use it.

So, I've definitely been scrapping, even though it's only a bit here and there. Feels good just to have a layout in progress on my desk.
I feel better about the fact that I've started a school album for my youngest who was (album-wise, anyway) neglected in comparison to his siblings.
