I've actually been resisting doing a purge of my scrap stuff because I'm in the mood to just get rid of so much, but I know I will regret it.
I think I am going to toss my small paper scraps. I'm not going to use them.

I usually purge during spring. I try to finish my december projects by then and purge left overs along with my well hoarded supplies.

I am ecstatic to report I made the art teachers week yesterday. I dropped off over a foot of 12x12 paper for the art room! She was so happy!
I also purged my 6X6 paper and have about a foot but that is being saved for the girl scouts, I am teaching a scrapbooking badge for them! I purged my stickers/odd embellishments that don't go with collections/aren't my normal generic ones and came away with 1.5 two gallon bags worth for the scouts. It feels so good and now we don't have to waste our measly budget for the girls to make something for the badge!

Where are your favorite places to take it? It would be so much easier to purge more if it was going to a great place, also it would take a lot of time to divided mine up between kids and adult supplies so if there’s one that could use both together that would be extra awesome. I’m in Houston tx if that helps

Christmas decorations don't come down until Ephiphany, which means this week. One of my trees is too pretty to take down and I can see it from my scrap corner. It's filled with my vintage glass ornament collection.
I got lots of gifts from China to play with, a few thank you cards to make and a good book to read so that's keeping me busy on these bitter cold days. I am trying to spend a few hours each day tiding up and reorganizing my scrap area before it's time to do the taxes.

I know our domestic shelters are always looking for things. I took all the paper into the art teacher and she stated that whatever wouldn't work for the elementary kids she would pass onto the high school teachers she knows.
