Thanks maribeth . I am sitting in an airport ready to take a red eye flight to visit dd & family. I will total up everyone's 28-4-28 scores after I have landed, driven to their home and had an afternoon nap. Keep em comin. I promise I will count them all up by tomorrow evening. thats funny about scrapping until you run out, thracian. I need to replenish white and several colours of cs plus GLUE before I head home on Saturday. |

Yay, I just finished challenge #3! (I wish I had more time to scrap!) I did Day 8 Take 3 and posted a pic there on that thread. That will probably be the last one I do <<sigh>>. DD had her baby (a boy) and I am flying to Texas to spend two weeks with her and baby! congrats to you! how exciting! |

patin, just wanted to answer your questions. I have a Silhouette that I used to cut my fan on the cards. I had a Cricut, but I guess I wore it out. The sentiment on the card is printed from my printer. I'm a bit stamping challenged. Thanks for asking.

maribeth I wanna go to a retreat in vegas!! Those diamonds on your page will go lovely with the swan! justjac very cool photo arrangement! I also really like the nontraditional color scheme for an outdoorsy page

2-page Freestyle for me - it started out as an attempt at Day 14 but missed the mark.
glittered poinsetta paper as the background (from DCWV Cranberry Christmas, I think), green cardstock for matting, cut-aparts from various Christmas paper pads, Doodlebug mini alphas
page one - 1 matted photo on top with a pop-dotted "Have a very merry Christmas" red cutapart overlapping the bottom of the photo. 2 photos on a single mat on the bottom
page two - matted photos in top left and bottom right corners. Top right has a cutapart (Joy on red) pop-dotted on a green cardstock mat. Bottom left has a cut-apart (green with white candycane) and a poinsetta journaling card with the title in the alphas - overlapped and angled.

i want to apologie for not being around. both kids got sick, my craft room is being renovated, and as of this morning, I am sick. Havent really been online or done anything crafty for at least a week  I have been so inspired by this challenge and am bummed that I need to take a break. Hopefully I will feel up to at least perusing all your creations this weekend. Maybe I'll even feel well enough to knit or cross-stitch. But right now, I feel like there's a jackhammer in my head. Thank you grammadee for everything you do. |

Once again, I am on the road and not able to work on the challenges. Hopefully I can tackle some when I get back, before the time is up.

Magnolia Market in Waco, Texas, of Fixer Upper fame. We got a special tour of the homes around town, had lunch with Jimmy Don (the metal working guy), and Aubrey (the sawmill mantle guy), and went to Jimmy Don’s shop/store. No Chip and Joanna, though.

thracian your LO is gorgeous, you really do have the knack of picking beautiful colours to go together, all your creations I've seen have just been so pretty! Chinagirl828 WOW! Fab LO, I simply love everything about it, the journallin strips, the floral cluster, the paper choices, everything works perfectly and looks fantastic!

I'm going to work on the examples for the last Template Tuesday today, and try to complete some of the other challenges too, before watching Six Nations Rugby this afternoon. I'm struggling with a painful muscle spasm in my ribs, had it since Wednesday, which makes using the computer a proper pain. This morning I've hit the pills in a big way, so now I'm going to be high as a kite, so goodness knows what my page will be like  |

I haven’t been doing any specific challenges, but have 4 LO’s I was able to finish over the past few days. I’m just now getting to post them, since we have had buckets (6”+) in the last week. UGH I will just post my pics here. 😁    One more to come in the next post. Thanks for asking me to play grammadee . Wish I had felt up to participating more! |
