stinkerbelle I love all the silvery grey tones and the messy thread. Fabulous photo although I'm glad I've never lived anywhere that cold. msliz I love that full page of photos, especially the kitty - so cute!

grammadee - I love the composition of this layout, the use of the various shapes works so well. I struggle with that concept. Beautiful faces in those photos as well. mikklynn - Wonderful layout, perfect for the challenge. This layout has a sense of movement with the way the photos have been placed. nylene - Beautiful fun and fresh feeling layout, with a wonderful summer feel. Your layouts are always so very happy. patin - Now your layout just shouts WATER! I love it, what a wonderful layout. stinkerbelle - You certainly succeeded in making the entire layout speak to your subject Frozen Water. It is beautiful. anniefb - I would have never thought "water"color - this is a great take on the challenge, and you made one beautiful card. msliz - Isn't it great that these challenge are inspiring us to complete projects, beautiful layouts.

I shall need to consult a dictionary to improve my supply of superlatives - excellent projects everyone, I'm sorry I can't type a response to every one. I made a card... Wat-er Carry On! by Jane Bradbury, on Flickr I used Bounce by Shabby Princess, the font is KL Pumpkin Patch. Created in Photoshop, although it may make a print and cut appearance in the future should it be appropriate!

Ok here's mine. It's not even stuck down properly yet but I wanted to get something up on the weekend and it's just about to get dark here, so I snapped a quick pic! I can't stand that there's no brads through the photo turns but the Nuvo Dots are still wet so I just laid all the embellishments on there. There's quite a lot to the background so I'll take a better photo and add sometime. I did a mixed media thing with mists and water and then there's some circles of glass bead embossing paste which look super cool. I have updated my photo now, everything is all stuck down and finished (there's brads in my photo turns!). I also added a close up on my background cause I was quite chuffed with that, the glass beads embossing paste is awesome and perfect for water!

I went with ICE, literally LOL! Here is my take, pictures of girl scouts at ICE (iceshow held at various places around the USA). The ICE sign they are standing in front of is purely sculpted from ice, as is all the scenes from Rudolph the Red nosed reindeer inside that venue. Pretty neat, and all but one of our scouts made it that night so double fun!

Love all the pp's you used to scrap it.

This word was perfect timing. I have aquarium photos to scrap, and had this idea to do random 3x3 photos in a 9x12 spread. This is my first time embedding a photo from Flickr, not adding an attachment. We'll see how it goes. IMG_6060 by Oaksong, on Flickr It worked! A little large. I'll go for a smaller option next time. Thanks, grammadee, I took your advice to just paste the share info from Flickr directly into my post. Simple and effective!

grammadee, those little faces are adorable. I love your design and left love in the gallery. maribeth, that is the most beautiful photo!! I love the way you scrapped it and love the fonts on your title. Gorgeous, gorgeous page. mikklynn, those are such sweet photos. I love the fishing paper and the use of the banner, brads and clips. Great page for water prompt. Looks like fun on the lake. patin, I love that big photo used as your background. BTW, I wish I looked that good in a swimsuit! The photos at the bottom are so bright with the white framing. Love those staples. stinkerbelle, I don't envy you those ice storms. That's a beautiful photo example of what you put up with. Great way to use "water". That was brilliant to add glittery letters! anniefb, those butterflies and your watercolor background are beautiful. I love looking at watercolor designs because I don't know how to do them. This is a lovely card. msliz, I love both of your pages. I always love a grid layout and the 2nd page with the colored canoes is so pretty. The water does look a little cold. You did a great job on this double pager. BTW, I didn't go down the hill on the slip n slide. It would have killed me! LOL

I decided to play with a new stamp set for this challenge and make a set of cards. I had a lot of fun playing with this set and I tried a new color medium on 2 of them - Brusho watercolor crystals. Thanks for the fun challenge!
