I found cute planner stickers on Pinterest that I would like to print and cut. The file is an 8-1/2 x 11 SVG file. I haven’t had my Cricut very long, but have been watching videos, reading the posts here and trying to learn the ins and outs, but I may just not be looking in the right places. Am I understanding correctly that the print size is quite a bit smaller than 8 ½ x 11? If you own a Cricut, how would you get these to be the true size? Is it the same with the Cameo?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

For the Cricut. “The maximum print area size for Print Then Cut projects is 9.25" x 6.75". If your printable image exceeds these dimensions, Design Space will display a warning message to reduce the image size to less than 9.25" x 6.75." “ help.cricut.com/help/printable-image-too-largeBreak it into 2 separate print and cuts.

I have a Silhouette Cameo and an Explore, but I only print and cut on my Cameo. The print and cut area on an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper is 7.238 x 9.787. My experience has been that images that are designed to be 8.5 x 11 import at that size. If the images are too big for the print and cut area, I have to divide the image into 2 print and cut jobs.

I am tagging anniefb for you. I believe she uses the Print and Cut feature fairly often...

Thanks nicolep. I have a Cameo. My experience is the same as scrapchic61 that a letter size document needs to either be resized or split if you want to retain the original/true print size. A lot of times I just resize all the images because I'm not too worried about actual dimensions but you'll need to see how the document is set up and how full it is.
