So we had our Netflix thread about what great series we've been watching. How about an Amazon Prime thread about what great series we've been watching on there? I'll start.
So far I've seen:
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel-fantastic and funny. Can't wait for season 2.
Good Girl's Revolt-loved this one so much! Can't believe they didn't renew it for another season.
Poldark-if you haven't seen this watch this if you like historical drama. It's from PBS about a young English man coming back from fighting in the American Revolution. Things have changed for him at home (I don't want to give anything away) and he has to adjust to it. He (Ross Poldark) is played by the most handsome, best looking British actor I've ever seen. But aside from this it's incredibly well filmed with gorgeous scenery (not just him) in Cornwall, England, an incredible story line and amazing acting. Of course, it's from PBS. There are 3 seasons on Amazon but I had to pay to see the 3rd season. The first two are free. Honestly I was so into it by then I didn't mind paying at that point. Although looking back I should have just the DVD for what I paid to see it on Amazon-so that's a hint for you to save money and have it to keep.
The White Queen-you can see it here or on Starz on demand if it's still there
Pride and Prejudice-the PBS version which is so many episodes long it's actually more than one season
Emma-the PBS version
So what have you been watching on Amazon Prime that you can recommend?

Love your recommendations and would add Catastrophe. Pull no punches British comedy about a couple who marry after a one night stand results in a pregnancy.

I have nothing redeeming to contribute since I've been watching old "Survivor" seasons.

Another vote for Mrs. Maisel - extraordinary.
I love Catastrophe. I don't know why. I really do not. I can see where a lot of people wouldn't like it, but I am totally in love with it. I love the flawed characters and I think it's incredible. Can't wait for next season!!!

I really loved Catastrophe! It was so funny! Can't wait for another season. I loved Season 1 of Mozart in the Jungle, 2 was just okay, but I will give 3 a try. Maisel is up next. I'll try Poldark too; thanks for that recommendation!

This is great timing as I've been watching Downton Abbey and I'm almost done with it so I will be looking for something else to watch. I LOVE it and I had never seen it before. All 6 seasons are on Prime. I also loved Mrs. Maisel and am looking forward to the next season.

I love Mrs. Maisel. Sneaky Pete hasn't been mentioned and is really good Amazon original series with only one season so far. Anything with Margo Martindale in it is excellent (Sneaky Pete, The Americans, Justified, etc.). Not a series, but we recently watched Miss Sloane with Jessica Chastain playing a powerful lobbyist. Even DH, who would usually be asleep halfway through, stayed awake until the end. I'm another fan of Good Girls Revolt and was holding out hope for another season. This article outlines their fight to stay alive.

I just finished The Collection! It was REALLY, REALLY good. If you like 1940's Paris and the fashion houses, you will love it.
I am still watching Electric Dreams. Each episode is a separate story. Like Black Mirror. They all take place in the future. Some are good, some are just okay.
I watched Ms. Maisel and loved it. Mozart in the Jungle- I am looking forward to the next season.

Black Mirror SEarch Party Mars. Maisel Grachester Broadchurch Poldark I forgot they had released season 2 of Search Party. I really liked season 1; for some reason, I find watching Alia Shawkat mesmerizing.

Great suggestions! I watched the first episode of The Marvelous Mrs. Maziel, but my daughter wants to watch it along with me so I will wait for her to be able to do that. I just finished The Guardian from 2001-2004. Simon Baker from The Mentalist (that I have not seen) stars. The first season was great. I about gave up on it by the third and final season, but it redeemed itself in the end. I did enjoy it. Hope to catch The Mentalist one day. I want to watch Poldark...thanks for all the suggestions!

About the female agent who goes missing and is recovered many years later? The preview looked really good, I think I will start that next.

LOL! Surprisingly, it's not mine. Now that I've really gotten into the plot I find it's easier to stop staring at his face. Not easy, mind you, but easier
