I'm not sure who started these threads first. I seem to have understood if was you Elsabelle Linda grammadee ? if you want me to delete it, I'll do it as soon as possible. I just thought we needed an updated thread.

I know it's not polite to start first, I apologize. I'd just like to get this thread going so it's not as intimidating. My goals for March are to finish organizing my photos, set up my story planner and finish my niece's three birthdays albums. ETA: and to finish OLW February's vision board.

I think we all appreciate someone getting a thread going!
As for me, I have 2 crops in March. At the first one I plan to catch up on current photos. I still have some Christmas and some of son's teaching photos to do.
The second crop I plan to get into my 1830's photos again. I'd like to do about 50 pages all together this month.
**I cropped Fri night and Sat and got 37 layouts done and caught up on my current photos. Another shorter crop next weekend so I can probably meet my goal.
I decided yesterday that my heritage books are in serious need of updating. I've acquired many more photos that need to be included. Organizing for that may be something I do when I am home recovering from surgery if I feel up to it.

I just thought we needed an updated thread. Thanks for starting the thread! Linda and Elsabelle have been starting them. On occasion I have jumped in. By by the end of March I hope to have completed at least 90 pages in 2018. (About 24 pages in March) With finishing up 28-4-28 challenges, and diving into Calvinball, that is doable.

After my crop last weekend, I want to jump back in the swing of things so I am setting some lofty goals. This month my main goal is to finish a gift album for my sister and brother in law. I think I have about a dozen pages to call it done. I signed up for Shimelle's latest class and think I'll be able to apply those principles to the album then I want to move on to my stuff.

@millefeuilles - I think Elsabelle may have started them but grammadee and I do also - whoever thinks of it first so thank you for jumping in and getting us going for March! I'm not sure what my goals are - I'm heading to DC next weekend on a school spring break field trip (bus trip with 5th graders - pray for me) so I'll be taking photos. Hopefully I can scrap also. grammadee - I never was able to access the Calvinball thread Firefox just doesn't like that site. I'll try once more today and then give up.

grammadee Linda Thank you, I did intend to write 'Elsabelle' in my first post instead of writing 'Linda' twice. It's fixed now. Sorry Elsabelle!

I love these monthly threads and am grateful to whoever starts them.
For March: 1) Send 25 cards to the April Ronald McDonald House in Canada 2) Send 25 cards to this month's Cards for a Cause 3) Replenish birthday cards stash (6 designs x 6 cards each) 4) Work on interactive cards with Lawn Fawn scallop box pop up die and pivot pop up die 5) Get back into monthly memory keeping in TN. (I miss doing this and maybe, just maybe, this is the month to jump back in)

I want to finish the first half of my 2017 album (for shame, I know) other than our vacation week (however, I think I finally have almost everything I need/want to thematically work on that week based on things we did).
I NEED to get the past 6 months of photos printed out and into their albums because the 2nd half of 2017 and start of this year are going to be my crop focus (I doubt I'll make a huge dent, but I would like to feel like I made progress while away).
I want to be packed and ready for my crop before the week I leave. With Spring Break the week before and not having kids to usher around, I think I'll do my best to get everything done that week since things will be calmer (maybe not quieter with all 3 home the whole week, but definitely calmer).

I would like to finish editing 2016 photos and get them printed. Should be able to do that in the next two weeks.
I will then start editing 2017, maybe get 3 months done.
I would like to get a few pages scrapped, we’ll see how it goes.

In February I was able to get most of my 2017 family album done. I have one page in it that I haven't started yet because it's going to involve some painting, and I can't use my shared craft space for that yet (but maybe early next week.) And I have a few pages in it that I want to add to, but then I'll be done with the whole album!
After that, I want to concentrate on the two vacation albums that I started last year for DD14. If I could get those done before I have to quit for the summer, I will be absolutely thrilled!

I don't really have many goals, I just wanted to keep talking to you ladies! I am considering doing an A-Z challenge on my own. One of the groups I follow on FB was doing it in Feb, I didn't take part as I was enjoying 28-4-28 so much. But I like the idea of scrapping something with each letter and might give it a go on my own. I'm enjoying having a few days off for now though! I also need to do LO's for my monthly DT blog post which goes up on April 1st. I will be using Maggie Holmes Flourish again (I used it for March 1st too) so I need to do at least 2 LO's but I will aim for 5 again.

I'm moving any incomplete goals from Feb to this list:
1. Order extra page protectors for our Florida album (got a bunch of the Design 3 on clearance, still need more Design 2) 2. Order the album for Florida 3. Sort ALL the Florida photos and put them in the slots (I sorted ALL of them, put 2/3 in the slots but then ran out of protectors) 4. Cut and insert all the patterned papers in the extra slots (As above, I cut and inserted the papers into every pocked that I had) 5. Upload all of the January (minus the Florida) photos from both the camera and my phone and my husband's to Persnickety even if I don't order them 6. IF I get this far, type up the Florida journaling- this is mostly a bonus goal (I've typed up 1/2 of the total journaling and I'm going to print it later)
I'm also adding:
7. Print all S. Carolina photos 8. Sort all S. Carolina photos
*Clearly my issue here is lack of supplies- I have all the papers I want for my December holiday album, all the papers ad embellishments for both vacations, etc. I just need more page protectors. Once I order them, I can probably sit down and get an easy 40-50 photos put into an album.

My goals for the month: 1) finish the Shimelle Clear Your Desk class and actually create LOs based on the class. 2) finish putting together the LOs I made with Shimelle's Perfect Collection class. I have the bases for the pages complete, I just have to do pictures, title, Journaling and embellishments. 3) keep working on the boy's baby albums. 4) complete the Scrapbook Generation kits I have.

Work is really busy in March as I have a 2 week court hearing starting on the 19th so will be working long hours and at least one day of each weekend. So my goals are pretty modest - make 4 Easter cards (done), make card for 4 yr old daughter of friends just diagnosed with cancer (will be finished today) and make another set of first two 12 days ornaments as time permits.

My March goals are:
-continue working on family album, it's so nice getting a little caught up on those photos (still working on 2016) so have a lot to do yet.. -make a half birthday card for my DD (I know it's crazy I do this)... -make 1 Easter card -AND hopefully print some photos (I don't know why this is so hard for me to do... way behind with this.

I made a crafty planner with my extra happy planner supplies, inspired by Ali ‘s Story Planner. My goals for March are: 1. Update Crafty Planner with PL status for all years. DONE. 2. Work towards PL Catchup everyday. 3. Challenge myself to use my supplies that I haven’t been using (I’m looking at you, pile of cork embellishments.) 4. Make a dent in AE Story Kits that have been untouched, or consider cancelling at end of contract. (Think I have 3 months left) To help use my supplies, I create a jar with embellishments, papers, stamps and techniques on slips of paper. I’m going to draw 3-5 slips every time I sit down to craft, and challenge myself to incorporate what I draw in my PL spread that week.

Well, I just ordered February 2018 photos about ten minutes ago.
I haven't done much scrapping in the past few months, so my only goal (as it has been for awhile) is just to get a little scrapping done.
I did clear my scrapbook desk today. It had all manner of stuff on it, most of which was not scrap-related.

If I can find some motivation my main goal is to finish up DS#2 school albums. After that it's back to catching up with the family albums.

I need to look at what I have and plan what's left so this doesn't get more out of hand. I watched one of the 6 videos released in Shimelle's class.
