I just went from having the whole Creative Cloud to having Photoshop Elements. I know PSE is easier to learn, but the menus and sidebars are really quite different from PS.
I switched because I'm in between jobs and my work has previously paid for my full Cloud subscription, which is too much to swing on my own right now. I also don't want to get just Photoshop and Lightroom because I use other CC programs and it'd be redundant if my future job pays for another Cloud subscription.
So now I have a slightly older version of PSE a friend let me take so I can continue to scrapbook.
Does anyone use both PS and PSE? Have you gone backwards like I have? Can anyone tell me why they love PSE? ha. I don't know why I'm feeling so unhappy about this.

PSE is the only program that I have ever used. I guess I like it because I have nothing to compare it to. Big help, aren’t I?

I have used both and I went back also. The only reason I wanted PS was to use the warp tool which you really do not have occasion to use that often. If you really miss certain things off of PS you can download GIMP to your computer for free. It has everything on it that PS has-maybe with a different name. It was developed by a guy who could not afford PS. they have tutorials etc. I digi scrapped for a couple of years and now do both- some days digi and traditional. If there is any way I can help you just message me but you are used to PS and everything on PSE you could do there. Which version do you have? I have PSE15 now had 11 and I believe 9. there are some things done differently in PSE then PS.
