I've never tried digital scrapbooking, but with every In a Creative Bubble release, I consider it. I love this summery one she just announced. http://instagr.am/p/CDeymXmgmxU I do hybrid. I print all these papers out and put them in my albums! |

I like the sneak and may consider it but is Halloween (trick-or-treat specifically) really going to happen? My little guy is already talking about his costume and I really can't imagine it taking place even though our town has already scheduled trick-or-treat. Idk.  |

I live in a Trick Or Treat neighborhood. We get between 600 - 900 trick or treaters each year. I've already said I'm not doing it this year. People are like "why? everyone will have masks on". First, I don't want to wear a mask for three hours at my door. Second, six feet apart people. I am not going to have 500 people on my front porch and have me put candy in their bags. My son thinks we should just throw it at them on the street - LOL! If someone came and made one of those things pictured above I would do it. My kids are grown, I do not think I would take them to strangers houses to trick or treat - I'm glad I don't have to deal with that.
I'm curious if you are taking your kids or if you will hand out treats?

In the October Daily thread there has been talk of doing a Halloween egg hunt at night in the garden (eggs with little glow sticks). Skellinton mentioned gearing up for one. I think it's an awesome alternative to regular trick-or-treating if you have a garden or courtyard where you can hide some.  |

I'm thinking about putting out a basket of treats and calling it good. If people want to take their kids out, OK. If they don't and some neighborhood dickhead steals the whole bin, oh well. Same difference to me.
I don't think anyone knows what October is going to look like (once the flu starts complicating diagnosis) so I'd have a plan A and a plan B. Little ones look forward to these big things but their sense of time is also very skewed so there will be time to adjust the plans as we get closer. I'd just keep it vague!
I wouldn't mind one of those treat dispensers though. Quick and easy.

Photoshop gurus, are you able to change colors on the text of the black and white cards? I use Elements and can’t seem to do it. I’m not the most PSE literate person so if you could share how you do it, I would appreciate it.

The problem is that it can be tedious and imperfect unless you zoom in. |
