I craft on our coffee table most of the time. There is currently no space for a proper desk and I'm not going to complain about this. I love living here, I'm ok with the situation. But the coffee table was getting small and annoying to sit at (40x40cm or 15.7x15.7in). Many other coffee tables were written off in the past year: too large for our small living room, too uncomfortable to sit at, not our style or taste, etc.) until I found the one. Just the right size, wood from a sustainable forest, minimalist but not clinical or cold, perfect to hold the new Sizzix x TH glass media mat (oh yeah, I'm getting that baby), exactly our taste! And so, the waiting began. I knew the full retail price would eventually drop. The waiting continued. And some more. Months! Just last week, it was 25% off finally. But boo, I had to pay for delivery. "This is the business of selling, you know they'll maximise income over Easter weekend. Just wait! They're bound to offer free delivery when the order volume peak is over. Be patient." And so, the waiting continued. Lo and behold, it just went from 25% off to 30% off with free delivery! YAS. YAAAAS. 1AM order placed and now headed to bed, giddy about my new craft space which should arrive in the next couple of weeks, with all of its 47x90cm (18.5x35.4in) of scrap surface! #livemyEuropeanlife This is my new scrap buddy #allgrownup: What have you ladies been buying lately in the name of the craft? Share your happy scrappy purchases right here (and enable a sister or two).

I bought this origami folding shelf that's the perfect depth for my Silhouette. I can also keep other supplies on the lower racks, but I just unplug and roll it around to get it out of the way or bring it closer to my craft table as needed. It's one of the surprisingly not super expensive things at the Container Store (aka heaven). Link here

I just bought a couple of stamp sets and some paper, but my next purchase will be my new photo printer. My little gift from Uncle Sam (tax return).

I take it that this is NOT the one still in the shop? I think it was grab bag B or something. Do they have a newsletter for when they stock these things? If so, I need to get my butt on it. ETA: Nevermind...the stock now is totally different than it was a few days ago. I'm tempted by both in the shop by don't want to blow my budget before I get to the expo. Eek!

I haven't bought any scrap supplies in over 3 months but the past few days I have splurged I have bought from Ali, Color Cast Designs and Elle's Studio. Now I just need to start scrapping again.

I am lucky that I'm on a DT, so I have to choose new supplies every month and get a pizza box. My box for this month had the new Heidi Swapp Hawthorne line in it and I'm looking forward to breaking in to that. I'll take a photo of my stash later

I went to Michaels yesterday to take a looksy at the clearance stuff and found some old fashioned jewelry charms for cheap! Then I took a look at the regular stuff and low and behold found a tool that cuts a fish tail on the ends of washi tape! I had a 50% off coupon!! Turns out it works on paper as well. I enjoyed that shopping trip!

I just got the Spellbinders Platinum 6 and I used it for the first time today. I'm having a bit of buyers remorse because my old CB still works. I usually don't replace expensive tools until they break.

I ordered the SSS rainbow/butterfly kit after seeing what Vicki P did with it. Happy spring colors, and a TH blending brush to try. I don't have any butterflies in my stash so I'm looking forward to playing with it.
Also a winter/Xmas 6x6 paper pad and matching cardstock in non traditional Xmas colors. I think it was Echo Park. I also got my first stamp and cut critter set (all my other dies are basic shapes or words). There's a cute Xmas bear and maybe a snowman (? I ordered it before I went on vacation so I can't remember it well) and some sentiments to use with the 6x6 paper, encouraged by another YT video. I'm making Christmas cards throughout the year to ease the chaos of the holiday season.
I had a $25 SSS gift card I won thanks to the Save the YouTuber video hop (thanks to the Pea who pointed that out!) and a $5 coupon so of course I spent way more than I intended to...

Me too...full of HS Hawthorne and Pinkfresh's A Case of the Blahs! I just got my first Wild Hare kit and as I requested, it's full of A Case of the Blahs. I love that line and Alison did a great job choosing items I'm excited to use. Toward the end of my SC subscription, I would like maybe 20% of the items and even with my current Cocoa Daisy subscription, it's hit or miss. My Wild Hare kit was spot on so I can see making Wild Hare a regular purchase.

I went to an LSS on Friday and I only spent $15. They were having an LSS yard sale and I bought what's in the first photo. The next 2 photos are the paper I bought full price. That was all I found to buy. Shame, really. And she had new stuff but really nothing I was inspired to purchase. Totally cool about the yard sale, though...where is this LSS?
