Banana cream. I normally am not a fan of banana-anything— except just actual plain bananas, but this is really delicious.

I'm another banana cream fan. But any cheesecake will do. I only get it once in a blue moon.

Salted Caramel - it comes on a blondie crust. YUM!
I do love the Lemoncello Cake too.

Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch or Chocolste Tuxedo Cream. During the holidays I love the Peppermint Bark one they usually have.

I have only tried the birthday cake one but it was good. A little sweet but it's birthday cake cheesecake. In the last 3.5 months, I’ve made five cheesecakes in my Instant Pot. A triple chocolate (yum), a Mounds coconut/dark chocolate (yum), a Twix (shortbread crust, vanilla cheesecake, caramel sauce and milk chocolate ganache toppings—yum), a low carb chocolate cheesecake (was decent, but the real sugar version is better), and most recently a turtle cheesecake (yum). I’ve also made white chocolate raspberry several times in the oven but haven’t yet tried it in the IP. Should have chosen something similar to one of those even though I could make two whole cheesecakes at home for the price of one slice! Oh, I have an InstaPot in the closet sitting in its box that I haven't even opened yet and I did buy the round cheesecake insert. The Mounds cheesecake sounds heavenly. Do you have a recipe or a link? I keep saying I'm going to pull it out and play with it but I've been too scared.

Very true. I have either split an entrée with dd, order just an appetizer salad (which are still very large) or off the Skinnylicous menu if I'm even going to have a chance of saving room for dessert. :-)

Good grief, guess who had to run to CF after reading all these posts and now has a slice of Salted Cream Cheesecake in her refrigerator?
I haven’t eaten there since they took the Navajo Chicken Sandwich off the menu, but just ran in and got a to go slice. You all are a bunch of enablers.

I went by there after shoe shopping and had no idea which kind I wanted, so I just stood staring at the case. There are just too many to chose from! I ended up bringing home 2 slices- Crazy Carrot Cake and Chris' Outrageous. I haven't tried them, yet. I see a whole lot of hours in the gym in my future...

I see a whole lot of hours in the gym in my future... having food allergies can sometimes be helpful, it cut my choices in at least half! It was hard to only buy one slice though, I really wanted a Godiva as well. Enjoy your cheesecake. The outrageous one looks so good.

Love the banana --- I have tried several different flavors. I like the chocolate varieties but they tend to taste too rich if I eat more than a couple bites. The banana one is pretty light -- especially after eating dinner.

I have a 7” Fat Daddio cheesecake pan and this fits perfectly. I combined a couple recipes to come up with this one. Everybody loved it! Here you go! Mounds Cheesecake for Instant Pot For the crust: 12 Chocolate Oreo cookies, completely crushed into crumbs 3 tbsp butter, melted Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare a 7” cheesecake pan by spraying with cooking spray and lining the bottom and sides with parchment paper. Combine the crushed cookies and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the cheesecake pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool while you prepare the cheesecake filling. Filling: 12 Fun Size Mounds candy bars, chop 9 into small pieces and set aside; cut 3 in half diagonally and set aside for garnish 2- 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp coconut extract 2 eggs, room temperature Beat cream cheese, sugar and coconut extract until completely combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating in between additions and scraping the bowl down as needed. Stir in chopped candy pieces. Wrap bottom and sides of the pan with the baked crust completely with aluminum foil to prevent water from seeping in. Pour one cup of COLD water into the inner pot of the Instant Pot, place the trivet that came with your Instant Pot into the pot. (If your trivet doesn’t have handles that fit around your pan, make a sling for the pan from aluminum foil and place it under the pan and up the sides so the pan can be pulled out easily.) Secure the lid and set to manual at high pressure for 26 minutes with the vent set to closed. When the timer ends, turn off the unit and allow the pressure to naturally release completely (about 20 minutes or so) then remove the lid. If there is any condensation on top of the cheesecake, blot it off with a paper towel, but leave the cheesecake inside the pot for an hour until it’s cool enough to remove from the pot. Refrigerate the cheesecake for several hours to overnight to chill. You can remove the cheesecake from the pan after it has completely chilled, or leave it in the pan until you’re ready to serve. Before serving, prepare the dark chocolate ganache topping (it can be made ahead, but if refrigerated it will need to be reheated to pouring consistency and stirred): 1/4 cup heavy cream 3/4 cup quality dark chocolate chips such as Ghirardelli Microwave for one minute at 50% power and stir, then continue microwaving in 30 second increments stirring well in between until chips are fully melted. Allow to cool slightly, then pour over the cheesecake after it has been taken out of the pan, allowing it to drip down the sides. Before the chocolate topping sets, sprinkle the sweetened flaked coconut over the top and place the six half pieces of Mounds bars around the top of the cheesecake to garnish. Serves 6-8. Enjoy!

crazy4scraps, that sounds incredible!!! Thank you so much. Mounds is my all time favorite candy bar. For this, I will have to pull out my InstaPot and put on my big girl panties and just do it.

crazy4scraps , that sounds incredible!!! Thank you so much. Mounds is my all time favorite candy bar. For this, I will have to pull out my InstaPot and put on my big girl panties and just do it. DO IT! You won’t be sorry. I’ve made so many cheesecakes since getting my 8 qt last summer and they’ve all been really amazing. It’s one of my favorite things to make in my IP. My pan would have fit in my 6 qt but I never did get around to trying it until I bought the bigger one. With the IP it’s so easy and way less fussy and time consuming than making one in the oven. The other thing I love is that the smaller size works so much better for our family than the traditional 9”-10” ones. One tip for you though, since you haven’t used yours yet you’ll be okay right away, but you’ll want to get an extra silicone ring to use for savory dishes (if you haven’t already) and keep your original one for desserts and sweet dishes. Once you cook anything with spices or seasonings in it, those smells and flavors permeate the silicone ring and can transfer to anything sweet you might make with that ring in the lid. I bought a set of two with different colors so I could always easily tell which was which.
