We built our house 15 years ago. Cherry cabinets, dark granite, open floor plan and Sherwin Williams Restrained Gold paint everywhere. Dark hard wood floors and dark goldish large tiles. I was so happy with how everything turned out but am now ready for a change. Kitchen, breakfast nook and family room are all one open space so the paint needs to be the same color. We have really tall ceilings and not a lot of natural light. My house is really dark and I want to lighten it up. The paint is the only thing we will be changing right now so the color has to match everything else. I thought about going 2 shades lighter on my original Restrained Gold paint swatch which would be Ivoire. I’m worried that it’s too yellow. I thought about going even lighter like SW Antique White but I don’t know if it’s too light. The painter is coming next week and I will have to live with whatever color I choose for probably another 15 years. No pressure Anyone else have gold walls that they changed? Any and all suggestions are welcome. I’m not sure how to post pictures on here. I will do a search on the board for directions and try to get them added.

You need to post this in the NSBR not here.
